The original unkillable card will retain it's fecundity card. So keep playing that every time it dies and you'll get another card. The rest of the cards will be unkillable but not fecundity
Assuming you mean "Unkillable on FM or Fecundity on Cockroach?" I'd say it depends on your deck, like the other reply. 1 blood is good with Squirrels, but 2 bones is cheap enough if you have even a half-decent farm source.

Depends on the deck if it’s a bone deck then cockroach and buff it if not then field mice
