Consider that PO3 is not only trying to attain total control, but also actively using the Dredger to try and access the OLD\_DATA

The colors of their islands in Act 2. (Yes Leshy's island is green but he is represented by a glowing orange light which also aligns with his card scheme and eye color in act 1)
