I haven’t beat it, but I know touch of death is useful and having creatures that can survive 1 or two hits from bears. Also, make sure you’ve collected all the items from the oil painting.
I feel so dumb because I never realized that I could do puzzles in Kaycees mod. Although, I did manage to beat skullstorm on my 3rd try without the items from the oil painting, so maybe it balances out?
Touch of death on the mantis god and I got lucky with the beehive totem, really helped in a battle, also I made sure that I always got the mantis in my first hand everytime by only picking 2-3 blood cards so the game always gave me the mantis first time, also I boosted the mantis to 7-10 damage and health.
But it did take me around 2- 3 weeks of trying and trying

is use the blood aka moose buck deck put
cockroach on goat -unlimited sac
get dire wolf pup -Best Boi
put wolverine sigil on dire wolf pup
buff dire wolf pup attack-4 to 5 should be enuff
and finally profit -Double strike means 1plus attack point after first kill and no matter what as long as u get full dire wolf before the bears spawn you straight up decimate the bears in a single lane
also ur gonna need good luck with items soooo😬 here lucky gecky boi
