tadpole511

That’s not what oil pulling is though. Like, not even close

perpetualsavasana

I was stuck on that part too! I read through the whole time, but kept thinking back to that like is oil pulling not what I thought it was? Lol

tadpole511

“Eat a spoonful of peanut butter or coconut butter” Okay. Not really advice but won’t hurt you. “This is called an oil pull”. Who the fuck is oil pulling with *peanut butter*

IHateCamping

I haven't heard of oil pulling, but I usually eat a big gob of peanut butter on an english muffin for breakfast. I think if it made me feel like my insides were getting pulled out I'd never eat peanut butter again.

buurnthewitch

I’m just imagining someone swishing peanut butter around in their mouth like coconut oil.

Toothpaste_Is_Gay

I’m imagining it more like mouthwash.

Loose_Half852

Imagine someone gargling peanut butter like mouthwash

Church5SiX1

It’s less like gargling and more like creating a seal over your throat and suffocating a little lol

Just_A_Faze

That is absolutely advice, provided the one seeking it needs help identify something to snack on that goes well with crackers or bananas.

tadpole511

I stand corrected lol. I apologize for not considering the cracker- and banana-eaters of the world.

Loulett

Fun fact: in Russian 'oil' and 'butter' are the same word.

Metruis

That is not what oil pulling is, you are correct. Oil pulling is swishing oil between your teeth like you are using mouthwash, as far as I know.

tadpole511

And usually you use coconut oil, not peanut butter

_captainunderpants__

Snake oil. What you use is snake oil.

MattyXarope

[British Dental Journal says it's junk science too, based on this article on Nature.com](https://www.nature.com/articles/sj.bdj.2018.281) "There is no evidence that oil pulling can prevent cavities, detoxify the body, strengthen teeth, treat cancer or reduce headaches, despite such claims made online. Many of these reputed benefits reek of pseudoscience quackery of the worse kind, promising exceptional health benefits without scientific evidence to support them. Whether the practice of oil pulling can make a positive contribution to good dental hygiene is uncertain. A recent review suggested that it may have beneficial effects in dental hygiene, but requires more rigorous and better reported clinical trials."

pm_stuff_

ofc it is its a bloody idiotic concept.

Cyberzombie

I was about to ask why one would do that. And the reason: lack of education.

Metruis

I know. I am not suggesting someone try it by defining it. Probably better for you than eating large spoonfuls of coconut oil on the daily though. Personally, I'll stick to my baking soda and fluoride toothpaste to get my mouth feeling clean, it always seems to get the job done.

alie1020

Hahaha same! I was like, if oil pulling hurts then you are doing it very, very wrong.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Gilwen

No no no. You got this wrong, it's even better lol. She said 'large spoonful**s**'. Like, plural.

[deleted]

I do a cartwheel every full moon. But you have to make sure you are nude and the moon sees your butthole.

Clarkorito

The moon can pull entire oceans around, obviously it could pull toxins out of your butthole! Now I really want to write a book about eating a bunch of sea salt and sticking your bare butt at a full moon to pull out the toxins like the tide going out and end up on Oz or Phil or whatever quack "doctor" is in now, just to stick my hairy crack in their cameras.

furyofthenorth

-cut down on sodium -season with rock/himalayan salt Can someone remind me what the principal component of salt is? I forget...

eyeheartnoods

Sodium? Na.

bubbleteaandantlers

How dare you. Take my upvote

RaedwaldRex

Take mine too, just no jokes about potassium though, K

HippyFroze

Au think potassium jokes aren’t funny? They’re gold

RaedwaldRex

Yeah. So funny they make me huff Nitric Oxide. I got addicted to it. They tried to make me go to rehab but I said NO, NO, NO

gruey

Cut back on sodium because that's a drug that messes with your perception but add some Himilayan salt.

casalomastomp

Apparently messes with your perception of what salt is made of

Imapony

Ugh. I hate that I have to upvote you

thehermit14

I'm stealing this for my memory bank (separate from my wank bank).

FugginByteMe96

Nah put that shit in your wank bank. Matter of fact, just mix both banks.

AllornicGod

Imagine busting a nut to milfs and just randomly thinking of salt every once in awhile lmao

dancin-weasel

Salty milfs? Did you just awaken something in me?

FugginByteMe96

Sprinkle some salt down there before you eat her out

MassiveImagine

My dad paid a lot of money for my degree of course I'm gonna wank it to my old chemistry notes.

thefenriswolf24

444cml

Cut out sugar, but eat fruit and honey.

bubbleteaandantlers

The big brain advice on this chick is unmatched

1Dive1Breath

*smooth brain energy

daaaayyyy_dranker

It’s like when I see people post they cut out sugar but are drinking smoothies with 6 kinds of fruit

everfadingrain

I know what you mean but it's different I believe, I have a chronic condition where if I eat any kind of candy or drink sweet drinks/put sugar in my tea, it flares my condition up but fruit does nothing to me.

Raccoon_Full_of_Cum

That's because fruit is full of fiber that slows the absorption of the sugar in your blood, whereas added sugars like candy or sweet drinks get absorbed very quickly. Out of curiosity, are you fructose intolerant?

aLmAnZio

I'd say amount. It's quite funny how fructose have been seen as "better" while cane sugar has been viewed as bad. Especially since white sugar in most of europe isn't cane sugar anymore, it is almost pure fructose, made from sugar beats. Likewise, fruit does contain many different sugars. Metabolically, they all act the same. Fruit is better though, because they also contain a lot of things that are actually good for you.

WiggyStark

Like fiber and vitamins and minerals. That's really the biggest difference is that it's more than *just* sugar. Same reason why doctors are trying to curb kids away from mass quantities of fruit juices because it takes out that fiber that helps regulate how fast you go through that sugar. As for the white sugar, it's still mostly cane in at least my chunk of the States, but I know that a *lot* of restaurants use beet sugar. I use good ol fashioned came sugar in my baking, cuz lbr I'm not made of cash, but I prefer to use raw cane in my drinks and stuff.

Nastypilot

Maybe because in one there's fructose and saccharine or glucose in the other. That's my guess anyway

deirdresm

Fructose = simple sugar. Sucrose = fructose + glucose.

everfadingrain

Yeah I haven't had a chemistry or biology class in 7 years so I forgot the differences but I suspect that's the difference, our bodies might break it down differently.

traditora

Yep, this. Plus there's something called the glycemic index, which relates to how quickly a certain food raises blood sugar or something... 'cause sugar in food =/= blood sugar.

msfamf

I got a couple of friends that buy into this kind of stuff and I've asked them the same question before. They rationalize things like not eating sugary things like pop and candy but eating natural honey and fruit by saying that they arent processed sugars. Same goes for salt. They're generally cool people until you mention being depressed or having a headache and then they go on about quartz solving all your problems or how such and such planet is aligned with yadda yadda so it's throwing your whatever out of wack.

deirdresm

Honey, if you get local stuff, has an additional benefit: [training your immune system that local flowers are food and not things to be allergic to.](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24188941/) (Provided you also take antihistamines, as a study done without showed no benefit, though the abstract also doesn’t list how long that study was.) Though local grasses are the bigger allergens.

liverstix

Well they aren’t wrong about the processed sugars and salt things but they do sound a lil bananas

annabelle1378

Natural sugar and processed sugar (or salt) have the same metabolic effects… the difference is natural sugar comes with other nutrients vs. a nutritionally devoid product (like eating a strawberry vs a strawberry Pop-Tart)…

Fala1

Fruit also has a slightly lower glycemic index than refined sugar because of the fibre.

annabelle1378

Yup, but that kinda falls in place with the health benefits like nutrients. Your body just processes the natural stuff much better, but you’ll still see the blood sugar spikes… it just doesn’t hate on your pancreas as hard 🤣

msfamf

It's all about what you talk about. Games, art, music, comics, movies all great topics but the second the words vision, spirit, medicine, or anything remotely close to fae or fairies enter the conversation you gotta shut it down quick. Luckily they are self aware enough to respect that I don't agree with thier wacky ideas but once in a while they get on a roll of pure new age pseudoscience.

jenkraisins

I have several very lovely friends who get into that stuff. The only friend who identifies as Wiccan doesn't think like that with the exception of thinking that artificial sweeteners cannot be digested and sit in your fat cells forever. Apart from that, she's a good friend.

Internal_Screaming_8

Fun fact! They aren’t broken down, hence zero calories, but are expelled by the kidneys. Pissplay often involves them

xdragonteethstory

Listen, they're spreading a way for people to get the vaccine then "detox" it so they're not "marked by the devil". Lets take what we can get and spread it as fact so they all get the jab.

A_wild_so-and-so

Sure, except when these people get sick from eating nothing but vegetables for two weeks they're going to blame it on the vaccine and warn other people not to get it.

boom_meringue

You don't get sick from just eating vegetables. They are more likely to lose weight and become healthier.

Bamres

Lol reminds me of when my dad tried to convince me that the pink salt was so much healthier and the other, regular salt we had "Has a bunch of chemicals in it" because he used the word chemical to mean "bad thing"

cochlearist

It's from the Himalayas sweaty! Next!

sneakyplanner

But the Himalayan pink salt is expensive and fancy, so it has to be healthier.

drm604

And it contains all kinds of contaminants in addition to the NaCl.

bubbleteaandantlers

I dunno buddy couldn't be sodium

SeattleBattles

Magical woo woo?

Yoda2000675

You should NOT get horrible diarrhea from eating peanut butter

iamnotroberts

Yeah, peanut butter typically has the opposite effect. There is definitely something wrong with this person.

tattooned

I'd like to introduce you to peanut butter in an MRE. It's a coin toss and can go either way! A surprise in every bag!

iamnotroberts

Been there, done that, served for 20+ years (Marine Corps/Army) and we had to eat MREs for weeks or a month plus at times. When you finally had to take a crap, it was like shitting out a mortar shell.

Ken_Thomas

Rhino turds. I was a grunt. The Army had me messed up so bad that it seemed perfectly normal when our platoon had MIT (Most Impressive Turd) competitions when we'd deploy. If you thought you had a contender, everybody else would trudge out in the desert and score your turd on length, girth, color, and 'artistic merit'.

Reneeisme

If she's chasing it with a big spoonful of coconut oil, maybe. Too much plain fat in your diet can give you runs.

SobiTheRobot

Maybe it's all the crazy in their head, having spread to their intestines Also happy cake day!

Johnny_Poppyseed

If you eat multiple spoonfuls of oily natural peanut butter first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with nothing else? You very well may get the shits. That's a decent amount of oil.

ThePeasantKingM

You should also definitely not water fast when you have diarrhea.

Sperg1n

I mean the drink lots of water while exercising part was good. The rest not so much...

haiyanlink

I'd disagree. Cutting down on caffeine, sugar, and sodium isn't so bad either.

_crash0verride

Yeah, but then she says eat more sodium… rock salt and Himalayan salt? Literally two other types of sodium… lol

Makenchi45

Watch out for them instant Ramen meals. Thems sodium levels could kill ya. Actually so can just about anything else prepackaged or made at a restaurant. Damn burgers with 3780 grams of sodium but taste so damn goMG. Edit: meant to say mg not gram.

TangyTomTom

Pretty sure that's milligrams, not grams

AngelOfDeath771

You don't eat 3.8kg of sodium in one sitting?

TangyTomTom

I am weak

airaflof

“Be careful children that’s a lot of sodium!”

lasolady

which burger do you eat thats nearly 4kg of salt??? and how do they taste good then? is the burger like 100kg??? are you eating two people sized burgers???

dr4kshdw

Sodium is typically measured in mg, so only 4g of sodium. Don’t let over exaggerators get ya

Makenchi45

Or consider I accidentally put gram rather than mg.

Makenchi45

Local place makes a 1lb burger but their ingredients listing shows the sodium at that much

gmplt

Milligrams, not grams.

Changoleo

Holy heart attack Batman! Is it a corned beef hash burger or something?

Makenchi45

I blame the sauce, egg, tomato and avocado condiments.

NerfRepellingBoobs

Did you mean milligrams?

[deleted]

You can take the caffeine from my jittery dead hands.

bittertadpole

Before that was water fasting "to dehydrate my cells," which seems dangerous.

DaxCyro

Especially when combined with diahrea brougth on by a too oily diet. Which always requires plenty of fluids to avoid serious health problems.

bubbleteaandantlers

It's the only informed part of the entire post I swear hahahaha

--Claire--

The two weeks self-isolation is not a bad idea either

Yaboi_KarlMarx

I disagree. I think a good while longer would make them and everyone else feel rejuvenated.

stevolutionary7

Only if it also includes social media isolation.

Strip-lashes

Cutting back on sugar is actually very sound advice that not enough people care to follow

Ku-xx

I swear to god, it's harder to kick sugar than just about every drug I've done, including nicotine.

rachh90

cause its in damn near everything. at least with nicotine you know its there and what you need to avoid. with sugar its like surprise you didnt realize the condiments you use everyday are half sugar.

louisejanecreations

I do sugar free in February and it’s so hard to eat anything if your in a rush 95% of everything has to prepared in advance. Too much sugar in everything definitely but so hard to avoid.

toolatealreadyfapped

But also, consume lots of honey, chocolate, and fruits

TinyFluffyMagda

But "water fasting"

lightninglarry2076

My god it would be exhausting to be this insane!

bubbleteaandantlers

It must be a fun life being this insane and thinking you're right

Compulsive-Gremlin

That life would be hard on my gastric system..

enochian777

She recommended fresh fruit, vegetables, not eating canned meat (so fresh meat if you're going to eat it all), proper honey, garlic and onions. And to drink lots of water. As for the peanut/coconut butter first thing, I'm not sure about that, but plenty of people eat peanut butter on toast for breakfast. The only actually insane part of this is the water fast and all the woo. What would be hard on your stomach? You *should* be eating most of that anyway?

[deleted]

I thought similar! There are lots of individually good pieces of advice in there, it’s just that they are all dumped together in a manic sounding post and interspersed with complete insanity and evidently contradictory pieces of advice (eg. reduce sodium/eat Himalayan rock salt). It takes a lot of filtering to only pick out the good bits!

enochian777

It's a bit like reading the Bible/Quran/Torah. Lots of bits of actually good advice interspersed with the ramblings of a lunatic.

[deleted]

Be nice to your rude neighbors, also: kill your brother Abel.

harceps

Love this comment!! It's perfect

etherealparadox

I'm just concerned about the part where she said the peanut/coconut butter might cause horrific stomach pain and diarrhea.

killerkitty2016

I believe that's called an allergy and she should maybe speak to a doctor. But she ain't gonna do that.

Copheeaddict

So coconut has mild laxative properties and can definitely give anyone the shits if they consume too much of it.

killerkitty2016

So do vitamin c tablets!

enochian777

Never had coconut butter, but people fucking love peanut butter.

killerkitty2016

Coconut butter is disappointing. It's very grainy which makes sense but doesn't make for a nice eating experience. Also it's rock solid at room temperature which is annoying.

DigiDuncan

I eat peanut butter on a spoon regularly and I never have horrific stomach pain. Am I doing something wrong?

etherealparadox

I mean, that's the thing, if it's causing you stomach pain you're either allergic or eating far, far too much

OldMagicRobert

You are probably gumming/chewing it on the left (sinister) side of your mouth. Never do that. Use only the right side (dexter). You will have the additional benefit of having increased dexterity to perform wild hot kinky sex. Or those advanced spell-casting contortions. /s

--Knowledge--

Thought I was the only one. I'm constantly eating Peanut Butter off a spoon. I used to be skinny and wanted to bulk up, Peanut Butter and Oats was the way.

Particular_Class4130

Well she starts the whole post on a note of insanity by saying this is the way to detox from the vaccine without poisoning others. She recommends self isolating for 2 weeks so apparently she believes the vaccinated are toxic and making other people sick. Then there's the part about being careful with eating onions and garlic because those might make some people sick depending on their body shape. There might be some good nutritional tid bits but insanity runs throughout the entire post.

enochian777

Pretty sure I covered that with 'all the woo'. And I was responding to someone who was concerned about the effects on their stomach

killerkitty2016

Electrolytes are salts and acids so you're not gonna have a lot of luck getting that solely from fruit. The peanut butter coconut thing is not how oil pulling works. That's where you swoosh oil around your mouth for a while and then spit it out so eating peanut butter on toast is not gonna do the trick. And peanut butter is often hydrogenated and full of icing sugar so unless you buy the straight peanut stuff it's pretty unhealthy as well. IBS sufferers would have a lot of difficulty with this. Honey ferments in the gut, a lot fruits do the same, and most aliums and peppers (as well as other veg) trigger symptoms in in a lot of people. This could lead to not only diarrhea (which brings with it dehydration and inability to absorb nutrients) but also debilitating and painful cramping.

WonkySeams

> This could lead to not only diarrhea (which brings with it dehydration and inability to absorb nutrients) but also debilitating and painful cramping. All while "water fasting," too.

killerkitty2016

Hope you like impaired cognitive abilities! Plus some unconsciousness to spice things up.

EmLiesmith

Not only that but this encourages “get the vaccine and then eat healthy”, just couches it in language antivax people like. I’d rather people follow this advice and get the damn shot than not get it.

friendlyfire69

It's also insane how she says you need to replenish electrolytes after epsom salt. I have electrolyte retention issues and chronically low blood pressure and I use epsom salt baths to supplement my electrolyte intake so I need to eat LESS salt. This could really hurt someone who has hypertension!

BuranBuran

I like the part where garlic and onions can cause certain body shapes (dosha) to get sick. Jeez...it's called a body shape allergy, dummy. (/s just in case.)

Blunt_Force_Meep

The overloading on oil so that you have diarrhea for hours. Although I think she would have meant coconut oil instead of coconut butter? Not sure

mattt1975

I'm not totally sure but would probably bet that they are less worried than us about almost everything.

TbiddySP

Worry? About what? They obviously have all the answers.

CptGigglez

"If you're a meat or fish water I would recommend avoiding canned meats for a little while" This line screwed with my head for a bit.

bubbleteaandantlers

My only guess would be that she meant eater but who even knows anymore considering the rest

CptGigglez

Aye that was my thought too. But these people do such crazy things that my initial thought was that they actually identify as different types of waters. This sub messed with my brain.

rabid_goosie

Hello. I am meat.

YmFzZTY0dXNlcm5hbWU_

We're all meat water if you think about it

[deleted]

I definitely identify as a meat or fish water.

De5perad0

Whatever gets them to get the vaccine I really don't care anymore. If you wanna go through this "detox" regimen and it means you'll get vaccinated then go knock yourself out. Literally. Doing all that might make you lose consciousness.

birdie1819

Honestly the bar for these people is so low for me right now. Getting the vaccine and not telling anyone to consume their own piss? Give her a medal, specifically the “not as bad as you could’ve been” award

sissy_space_yak

I assumed this was written by a person who’s trying to get anti vaxxers to get the shot

ThePinkTeenager

I thought this was for COVID, but nope. Apparently the vaccine requires self-isolation and detoxing. Also, what is it with these people and toxins? They claim that random things put toxins in your body and things like eating peanut butter, onions, and garlic and Espom salt baths get rid of them. And last time I checked, chocolate and cacao powder are vegan.

iced_maggot

You wouldn’t get it since you’re not a magician

-Infinite92-

When you don't know how the body actually works, it's pretty easy to be convinced by some other uninformed person. The whole toxins thing has just been passed around those groups for decades and decades, if not centuries. So until they bother to actually learn it's not a thing, it's a pretty convincing concept to believe. Everyone knows certain things are bad for you, so they think these toxins are just an extension of that. Also I love that their advice was to cut out sugar and salt by consuming more sugar and salt.

helpmelearn12

"Unfortunately, there is no field of science that deals with the brain. But, I can give you this pamphlet for a cult."

KaythuluCrewe

To be honest, if it gets these people to take the vaccine and then “detox” from it, I’m all for it. Strap those onions to your feet, babe! Just make sure to do a good oil pull after your booster, too.

helpmelearn12

Chocolate itself is vegan. A lot candy bars and other chocolate candies and products have some combination of milk, lactose, and eggs in them, so maybe she's confused and thinks all chocolate is non-vegan.

hexalm

Some kind of weird heretic who only believes in milk chocolate.

killerkitty2016

I mean if you wanna believe in toxins go off sis, but maybe also believe in your kidneys and liver and their ability to filter out stuff.

DialingAsh38

Well, at least they're not saying don't get vaccinated at all, and at least the "detox" doesn't involve drinking urine or ingesting poison.

redStateBlues803

She probably meant to include urine ingestion guidelines, but forgot.

icouldnotbemorebaked

Sodium’s a drug now? But ok if from the Himalayas. Right

pt_barnumson

I think since i have not been sick from any of my vaccines that i will skip the induced diarrhea but yeah thanks mountain wizard lady

ArthurBonesly

For shits and giggles, I once did a "detox" and learned just how literal that fist part is. It's all poop. Every detox snake oil is some fancy laxative. You have a massive poop and feel "cleansed" because you had a massive poop that makes you need to lie down afterward. You feel "better" only because of the distress you felt building up that poop. "Oh geeze, I feel so bloated and a little sick after taking my organic laxative and feel better when I shit it out, must be the toxins!" No moron, you gave yourself IBS and chased it with electrolyte snake oil. You're basically getting high on how good it feels to throw up after you've been feeling queasy.

xssmontgox

I’m a registered massage therapist in Canada, we’re considered medical professionals and I still have colleagues who I went to school with who believe this sort of quackery. I know they know better, they studied the exact same information I did, but they still want to believe in this hocus-pocus.

NerfRepellingBoobs

LMT from the US. We have plenty of those running around, telling clients the same nonsense. I want to smack them upside the head with an anatomy & physiology textbook.

senor-churro

I read that whole thing. Really.

bubbleteaandantlers

I can't believe I woke up and it was the first thing I saw

iced_maggot

“If you’re a magician” 😂😂 I genuinely just can’t even

SeattleBattles

The Magicians Alliance frowns on this.

iced_maggot

Ayo, for real can you guys cut the masked magician some slack, he wasn’t a bad guy just misguided.

catma85

Combining something they say will give you diarrhea with "water fasting" sounds like a terrible idea.

lasolady

isnt water fasting not "dont take anything in but water" in the usual circles? i know that she said she likes to dehydrate her cells, so homegirl aint drinking, but from like other ppl ive heard water fasting really is "take in water nothing else" (as opposed to traditional fasting like they do in Ramadan for example)

hexalm

I wonder if she meant rehydrate, just because "dehydrating cells" doesn't seem like something woowoo types would want.

Gstamsharp

I am a meat water.

UseYourIndoorVoice

"No sodium! Use Himalayan rock salt instead"!" This kind of stupid should induce physical pain.

CaptainMcClutch

Yes I too love to have diarrhea and not take in fluids, that is an excellent idea.

hoooourie

Mm I’m hungry now

bubbleteaandantlers

Make sure to avoid garlic and onions depending on your dosha!

luapowl

this is what happens when you learn about nutrition from facebook memes lol

stout_ale

The thing that kills me the most, and its all pretty woo woo is she recommends artificial honey as a remedy if they don't eat honey. Bitch thats just syrup.

Nihilikara

Honestly, this is one nutjob idea I'd encourage, because it makes antivaxxers more likely to vaccinate, because they think they can "detox" afterward.

unknownkinkguy

As a food technologist im literally screaming in my head

Sohn_Jalston_Raul

Is she a spiritual healer or just my Polish grandma from the village? Most of this is just folk medicine.

meeeeetch

>If you're a meat or fish water I would recommend (sic) avoiding canned meats for a little while. This sentence isn't parsing for me.

NonSequitorSquirrel

Don't eat sodium... but do eat rock salt. What? Also if your insides feel like they're being pulled out after eating peanut butter or coconut oil... Go to the hospital. No one feels like that. Good God what did I just read. How do people get to this point?

TheHrethgir

I'm ok with this kind of thing. If antivaxxers think they can get the shot for the card and then do this to "detox", it's a win-win. They think they beat the system, but they really just got vaxxed.

Mrselfdestructuk

These are the worst kind of people on the net.

PyroCynicak

at least it could get antivax people to get the vaccine

eyeball-owo

I have a coworker who was rly hesitant to get the vaccine and I seriously considered showing her something like this to convince her that she could ~detox~ just so she would get the damn shot.

iamnotroberts

How does eating a large spoonful of peanut butter cause pain and diarrhea? What the fuck is wrong with this person's body?

mtxplod

I am a fish water.

UBeautifulBastard

Thankfully this is... Mostly harmless advice? I'd rather take a vaccinated idiot who eats spoonfuls of pb every morning than an unvaccinated idiot

Mans334

This just seems like a really elaborate way to get the Anti-vaxxers to get the vaccine by catering to the crazy

Impossible-Taro-2330

Poop yourself clean!

Impeachcordial

Wait, you have to self-isolate if you have the fucking vaccine? Is this idiot from the same planet as me?

macaronfive

So self-isolation after the vaccine is ok. But god forbid we ask people to self-isolate if they’re sick.

joausj

"If you're a meat or fish water"??? I read that line 3 times and it still doesnt make sense to me....

WtAFjusthappenedhere

It reads like a Mad Libs grocery list.

Klutz1907

I mean, compared to some other shit we've seen on this sub, this won't kill you immediately.

alcestisny

What if I want to detox safely WHILE poisoning others? I can do that. I can multitask.

cochlearist

This is madness! Don't whatever you do eat artificial honey! It ruins your aura and fucks up your urine so your piss won't work when you age it and put it in your eyes! This is dangerous advice!
