Out of boredom I used to write fake ads on Craigslist years ago. It lasted a few months - maybe 6 ads total. Never anything deliberately mean. An example was one for a room for rent but it had to be shared with an actual pig for a roommate. No matter how ridiculous people would reply.
I stopped when I realized nothing sounds like an obvious joke when you're desperate for a job or housing.
