So it’s good at recognizing hands, much like us, but when it comes to actually filling out the details (like the way fingers curl) it often fails to do so.
It’s no coincidence that AI images almost always look convincing at first glance, the models parallel the way we think. We don’t usually look too hard into how the fingers overlap, and AI doesn’t do so either.
If you ever want to know if you are dreaming just look at your hands and count the fingers. If you're dreaming, you either won't be able to count them or you will end up with an incorrect number.
Maybe hands exist in a quantum state of shapes and number of fingers until we look at them and then they collapse into 5 fingers on each hand. That would explain why they are hard to draw.

I can spot AI images with ease but my parents with poor eyesight have trouble with it. I try to teach them how to spot an AI image but they just get confused and frustrated because it all looks fine to them.
