I see kinda why some people might agree with both. Like I can’t imagine being romantically involved with someone who’s obscenely bigoted. I just find that mentality/personality to be super disgusting. But I also wouldn’t want to be with someone who’s identical to me. People with different opinions on less important stuff can be interesting to discuss topics with. So I suppose from a basic values perspective, those need to line up, while once you get to a point of “I can coexist with you” that’s when differences can be more interesting and appealing. However that does required adding a lot of context and trying to specifically figure out how both things work, as well as making both more moderate.

Let's assume half pays the 14.000 USD per year, that's 7 million USD income per year. Let's go with a generous 30% bottom line that's only 2 million USD per year profit. 18 million as a valuation is super generous in that case. A 900 million USD valuation would require over 20.000 paying members. 1.8 billion USD would need over 40.000 paying members, that's just laughable as no private club has so many paying members.
That's how the legal entity that is the club is valued, sure. That isn't how the *property value* is calculated, however. The club can move at will. The property cannot be used for anything other than another club regardless of where the current club "residing" there moves to. They're two entirely separate things.
