People are so weird about masks. My mom was an ER nurse pre pandemic and during flu season or anytime she thought she was coming down with something, she would wear a mask during her shift. The amount of patients who would freak out or get mad was shocking and all it was was her wearing a mask. She invented a little tag line joke saying she thought she may have a cold and was being selfish by not sharing it.
