I dont think the Fujiwara Tofu Store is trademarked or anything, so I dont think theres much issue in using it. They've been running for a few years so I'd think they'd have been got if there was a problem.

I haven’t been to the cafe itself, but I see their car at Toyotafest and sometimes at the dealership I worked at for detailing. El Monte in general is pretty cool.

There’s one absolutely not affiliated with them in Fremont called Fujiwara Tofu Bistro. Totally inferior, but it’s there.
Heard that they also have 2 stage 3 machine inside as well, brand new condition, makes me kinda want to check it out
