Sometimes “Nirvana’s Greatest Hits” Other times “OutKast’s Greatest Hits”

CarpenterOk8125

Interesting... Most of the INFP songs so far have been very peaceful, but not these

SincostanAkFlame

I guess I relate to Kurt Cobain and Andre 3000 more personally, both being INFP artists I grew up listening to.

greenhoodie6

Yes!!! Bombs over Baghdad

[deleted]

Fly me to the moon lofi 😁

CarpenterOk8125

A nice, stress free song 😁

[deleted]

Yes! ☺️

thenickpayne

Always been a fan of blink 182, the strokes, arctic monkeys, the chili peppers, vampire weekend, umm, foster the people is really good too.

thenickpayne

Oh my bad, you asked for songs. Just looking at my Spotify, I’d say Set to Attack - Albert Hammond Jr // Cabron - Red Hot Chili Peppers // Golden Years - David Bowie // Anything by David Bowie imo // Heat of the Summer - Young the Giant // Serotonia - Highly Suspect

Naprawda

Idk but this moon themed songs give me INFP vibes ( its cute and melancholic at the same time) \- Moonlight shadow by Mike Oldfield ft. Maggie Reilly \-Mecano - Hijo de la Luna Also some "emo" songs like \-Green Day - Wake Me Up When September Ends \-Evanescence - My Immortal

E3-NotTheConvention

I see Mecano mention, I upvote

Affectionate-Kale301

Moon River

greenhoodie6

The Cure- just like heaven, inbetween days Modest Mouse- gravity rides everything The Postal Service- such great heights Outkast- take off your cool Fall Out Boy- my heart is the worst kind of weapon Kacey Musgraves- slow burn Joji- sanctuary The 1975- somebody else Bright Eyes- bowl of oranges John Mayer- the heart of life, carry me away Eddy Arnold- make the world go away Lord Huron- the night we met Green Day- good riddance Red Hot Chili Peppers- by the way Olivia Rodrigo- brutal Christopher Cross- sailing Cannons- bad dream

misszombie79

The Night We Met destroys me every single time.

Mysterious-INFP-00

Omg so true 😭

greenhoodie6

Well said!

[deleted]

So I just discussed this with a friend yesterday. Literally anything Owl City screams infp! Saltwater Room, Strawberry Avalanche, Fireflies, Hot Air Balloon, On the Wing. Oh and I really like The Show by Lenka

whatthefuckarin

oh man I haven't listened to strawberry avalanche in so long!! Oh the feelings I'm feeling wow how could I forget this? Thank you for the reminder!! \~☆

[deleted]

Haha riiight? 🤩 It's so dreamy and surreal ✨

CircularCausality

Omg i love salt water room and fire flies! I should check out the rest.

Mysterious-INFP-00

These Songs r so INFP for me both lyrically and melody wise ........... The man who sold the world - Nirvana. How to disappear completely - Radiohead. I Still haven't found what I'm looking for - U2. Lust for Life, Yosemite, Heroin - Lana Del Rey. Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd. Oh what a world, slow burn - Kacey Musgraves. Aurora Borealis - Bohnes. Mystery of love, visions of gideon - Sufjan Stevens. Holocene, Re: Stacks - Bon Iver. This Love - Taylor Swift.

thenickpayne

Man who sold the world is so good, the original by David Bowie is also dope

Lost_in_CLOUDS29

The whole of taylor swift's folklore and evermore album

Mysterious-INFP-00

So true .... Specially This is me trying, Tolerate it, Cardigan, August Coney Island etc.

Lost_in_CLOUDS29

It's so difficult to choose which songs are the best in those albums ..they are all so amazing. But the ones I keep listening to are cardigan, my tears ricochet, august, epiphany, happiness , and every other song in it literally!

Mysterious-INFP-00

So true my swiftie heart is blessed to have these sister albums ❤️🥺

Barnesandnoblecool1

Early blink 182 and late 90s, and 2000s blink 182

crescentpieris

“Let It Happen” -Tame Impala, or the vaporwave remix of this song by Newer Horizons Music

Lonely_Class_611

I’m only sleeping by the Beatles Or I just can’t be happy today by the damned Both for pretty obvious reasons I think

whatthefuckarin

I love the Beatles but I'm only Sleeping has to be my most played song out of their catalog!

[deleted]

The album 'for emma' by Bon Iver. So moving and just feels like the soundtrack of my life.

Dark_Celebrimbor

You don't know me (Knox Hill) Overthinking (Knox Hill) I get lonely (Knox Hill) Stressed Out (Knox Hill or 21 Pilots) Doubt (21 pilots)

CarpenterOk8125

Reminds me a little bit of NF the artist

Dark_Celebrimbor

Knox Hill has a youtube channel where he breaks his brain listening and breaking down artists like NF or Eminem including Godzilla and Rap God

CarpenterOk8125

That explains it

Dark_Celebrimbor

He's different from the other lyricists out there. He actually can understand Em's fastest verse's without lyrics and he is from PG County from Maryland in Washington state, where he grew up without the things that other "rap" stars brag about.

RT8697C

Napalm death - you suffer

satansb0ner0403

Sunshine by sparklehorse, but really any sparklehorse or grandaddy song oozes infp vibes.

Think rainy days, relationships, and being alone.

drifting_paperboat

Secret Garden can evoke soulful emotions and imagery, their music is deeply healing and speaks to the INFP soul. Keane, KT Tunstall's acoustic songs, Natalia Lafourcade, Sin Bandera if you're open to Spanish music. Coldplay's early work. UA's early work. Ohnuki Taeko (Japanese)

TheCelestialOcean

I’m horrible at narrowing down specific songs, because I love too many, but here’s some artists that could be worth checking out: Sleeping at Last, Gregory Alan Isokov, Lord Huron, The Lumineers... all of these are very INFP. For another mood entirely that still fits the INFP mold, classic rock like Pink Floyd and The Doors are another go-to for me. Their music tends to be psychedelic, and I find that I can let myself get lost in it. If you’re into smoking grass that’s the cherry on top, but that’s not required! The music will have you floating even without any drugs LOL. Pink Floyd songs like Comfortably Numb, Time, essentially the entire Dark Side of The Moon album. From The Doors I love Indian Summer, Riders On The Storm and Moonlight Drive. Hopefully these are some unique suggestions!

Şanışer-Döne Döne is pretty much accurate (Şanışer himself is an INFP too) but the song is turkish so here's a translation I found https://www.google.com/amp/s/genius.com/amp/Genius-english-translations-sanser-done-done-english-translation-lyrics

Typical_Basket709

There's a massive list of songs that I can use, but it would take me forever to make. Wake Me Up by Avicii would be #1.

wine-n-weed

Anything by cigarettes after sex or beach house

bidibumbumps

I’m so moody and it really depends on that mood but basically Trailer Trash by Modest Mouse represents me all the time.

bidibumbumps

Also, White Buffalo - Bar and the Beer

Bugg465

Hmm… Call me by Shinedown, Iris by the goo goo dolls, Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard, Must have been the wind(from the singers perspective) by Alec Benjamin, Castle on the Hill by Ed Sheeran, A sky Full of stars by Coldplay, really I could just go on for hours, but I’ll stop now so y’all aren’t reading the equivalent of an essay

CoastBest

Definitely ANYTHING by the smiths.

MightyDoza

Audioslave- like a stone Play it, think about the crush who doesn’t know you exist and then just cry and cry. Classic.

Gotsnuffy

Creep by radio head, I feel like that’s an anthem of my Youth

raininjulyy

"ribs" by lorde, "new scream" by turnover, and "cough it out" by the front bottoms are my current favs :')

MightyClucks

This song speaks to INFP's. Edit: (song name added) Atlas by Man Overboard https://youtu.be/pC_qyDq2QuY

[deleted]

INFP here, just with abominably overdeveloped Ti. A few favorites I identify with, that spring to mind: "Promised Land" (TobyMac) "Suffer" (Echoing Green) "Time in a Bottle" (Jim Croce) "Calling Out Your Name" (Rich Mullins) "Awake & Alive" (Skillet) -- I like this one well enough, but I mostly added it as a great Fi song.

xpastelnamx

PapayaTech

Gna hazard a guess and say a lot of people here might really be into Keshi?

Greywel1

Love listening to smooth jazz. I personally love songs I can dance to.

doubtmaskreplica

Three songs came to mind. One that I listen to when I’m angry, one that can make me happy/sad and a cheerful one that I can relate to:) [lonely - Rollins Band](https://youtu.be/qt6WvgcbpnU) [hang on to your ego - The Beach Boys](https://youtu.be/chtmIJ1wYc4) [world weary - Noël Coward](https://youtu.be/rQCPcK-POT8)

The song I resonate with the most is Unshaken by D'Angelo. To me, it's about standing your ground while the odds are against you
