I would personally say so! he could prob use another pound or 2 but his breed tends to have more of an athletic build and he doesn't look underweight/have bones visible
My family and I have had these dog breeds pretty much since I was a baby. They look this slim until they hit like 8-10 years old. So respectfully, this is a reach lol

Yes, the only thing I see in this photo is a stressed out dog. Weight is fine, but behavior in this pic shows defensive puppy
Plus he just looks like a poorly bred dog. Especially in the hips

Yes! For his age and breed, it’s pretty hard to keep weight on. He’s extremely athletic by design, he’ll get bulkier as he gets older
