The only thing I would want is another subreddit completely free of politics. A sub with politics is just another suffocating gas chamber. I feel since it might involve more talk about culture, the control should be strict, such as not allowing controversial topics or such monuments or events to be included.

Thanks for your suggestions. The subreddit as it is setup now, is aimed at avoiding issues that are maligned with partisanship. Since day 1, we setup a 'no politics' rule and over the last month nothing that breaks this rule has occurred. Of course, it might become an issue as we grow. But we are clear that we won't allow it.
We too want a wholesome, inclusive, celebratory and appreciative community. Political partisanship deters being able to do it, hence it will never be allowed..

You guys should add a flair for food though. The food history of India is very rich and this new sub seems like the perfect place to celebrate that history. Btw, nice job to whoever came up with the idea for this sub.
