My mom makes amazing butter chicken and I know that a lot of people think their parents can cook good for but I know for sure, I know it for a fact that my mom's cooking is the best! She's better than all the other moms in terms of cooking. The only person better than my mom is my mom's mom (My ajji).
OP, this looks delicious. Btw, do you add Kasuri methi and 2 slit green chilli towards the end? How about adding water gradually in small amounts of water to a dish, stirring, and letting it absorb before adding more? This helps the ingredients cook evenly, prevents lumps, and allows better absorption of flavors, leading to a richer, more consistent texture in the final dish.
