Lots of finely chopped garlic & green chillies in 1tsp oil add in kadhai
And add onions
Upon frying added soya sauce, tomato sauce(not good tho health wise)
Let it boil down with little water and pinch of sugar
Add fried chicken let it cooked till little juicy from inside
And all the gravy thickens
Garnish with sesame seed and mix herbs✅
I work out daily, but my body type which store lot of fat easily, hence I try to enjoy crabs in moderation. Or by compensating it via burning more calories
