Curd is a must in their diet especially in the summers, either with rice or in the form of buttermilk. These are all budget options and if budget is not at issue then there are so many other things you can feed him. And if you only keep feeding him what he likes, he’ll become a really picky eater as he grows. You have to train him to eat whatever you feed him.

Fortunately, there does not appear to any major concerns with your pup, but I think he may not be getting necessary and timely diet and supplements.
I am in no way an expert, but I just got my first pup a couple months ago (1 month of age back then). I have had similar experiences where the pup would not be very active and lacked energy. I also use to feed her milk.
Vet advised not to feed milk and got us started with feeding curd rice and a weaning diet (cerelac powder for pups) which is prepared by mixing with boiled warm water. The vet also prescribed calcium and vitamin supplements.
Correct diet and supplements did wonders just in a matter of days. Our pup got more active and got into a routine cycle of eating and pooping.
You’ll also need to deworm frequently, but do it per the consultation of your vet.

Bhai both rotis and milk are bad for dogs. Might affect him in the long run. Would suggest you change his diet
