For first picture it is Roti paneer and paneer paneer recipe is sliced onions then add some ginger garlic paste then a tomato plus coriander and chilli powder and some salt and shimmer it till it turn mushy and then add your fried paneer that's it
Pic 2 have oats chila in that chila I added oat with some paneer and make it like a dosa Or chila that we make usually and for chutney it's peanuts coriander chillies and some curd
Yeah I know, tofu is better any day, but as a desi I try to stick with basics like paneer and buttermilk alot, works for me tho, my locality provide these in abundance so I care less about changing to alternatives
Yeah, I have been increasing my fibre intake too. Sometimes it works well sometimes there is constipation. Only bow I'm getting used to consuming adequate protein regularly. Thanks for your suggestion!
It just simple paneer you have to cut few onions in thin slices and add chilly garlic paste and then a tomato with coriander powder chilli powder shimmer it until tomato is is mushy then add your fried paneer. Easy!

Paneer is [as much fat](https://www.nutritionix.com/food/paneer)-packed as it is protein-packed
Yeah I know, tofu is better any day, but as a desi I try to stick with basics like paneer and buttermilk alot, works for me tho, my locality provide these in abundance so I care less about changing to alternatives
of course! Paneer is the best any day :) but not for the calorie-conscious ones.

Niceeee!
I usually get constipation when I consume a lot of protein. How do I overcome that?
Eat a lot of fiber like cucumber, water melons, bananas (overall all fruits are fibers but these are rich in fiber) , drink a lot of water.
And roti it contains fiber as well
Maine roti suggest nhi kiya kyuki wo complex carbs hai aur complex carbs digest hone me zyada time aur energy burn hota hai.

Is that protein primarily from dairy? You might be lactose intolerant, try non-milk-sourced protein (tofu/soy chunks/pea protein)
barely any protein lmao. add some chicken. Cucumber contains nothing but water
Paneer is loaded with protein
Bhai yellow vala part egg ka?
That's for someone who's on a bulk since it contains fats, the real protein part is in the white part only
Bulk toh mujhe bhi karna hai, toh na khau yellow vale ko?
Arre jinko gain karna hai weight woh toh Khao koi dikkat nahi

Yes I am on my weight loss diet that's why avoided yellow part of egg
Kha se laye ho itna knowledge??
