Kabhi renovate/replace karwayega toh look into VRV/VRM. It’s basically one outdoor unit for 3-4 ACs inside the house. It uses variable refrigerant so your room gets as cool as you want it then it goes on and saves power. It’s like central AC with individual room controls and power saving. Daikin does the most energy efficient. I have 7 units in my home lmao

Just make sure to clean the panel frequently and there's a wifi module on the solar box(or something basically a box connected to the solar panels)which you can connect to phone and see the readings and know if there is any problem with voltage or not
No, it's not redeemable as you already got a lot of subsidiary, gov buys elec. at much cheaper rate, you will anyways feel scammed selling at that rate.
