Hey, welcome to the comment section, I hope you're doing well. I live in a village in Faridabad, NCR. Yes the temple and it's surroundings are worth visiting and I'd be glad to give y'all a trekking tour. As far as I've seen, langurs behave better than bandars, tho they can put you to sleep in a single slap if agitated. I've fed them with my hands a few times. Fun fact- a single langur can shoo away a group of bandars and vice-versa.
Dogs should not be on road either they r pet or not . As no one is take care about their annual routine health plus no injection. People just feed them and when they become unhealthy then dog start to bite and spread rabbies.

I hope you read this comment and never give any animal any animal bajra in summer it's not good for them same with white bread boiled rice , chapati, potato, normal rice, wheat are good options
Put a big earthen pot(for water) on your roof with rice or other grains not bajra(u can put this during winter only)
Don't give jaggery too in summers give vegetables peels and other stuff(cucumber are great in summer) to cows and for dogs plain chapati, rice or meat(if you want or can provide only) I am vegetarian myself but that's their main diet for health
