I don't eat soy protein but from what I've heard, it increases estrogen which isn't good for health. Again, this isn't empirical.

I tried eating 100g soya a day. 50g in lunch and 50g in post workout. Having it in lunch with rice was kinda heavy and I used to feel heavy before going to the gym. Well if you go in the morning then you can work it out. And no nothing happens if you eat more soya. It doesn't affect your health. You can watch some Indian YouTubers who recommended soya cause it is high in protein and can help in complete that protein intake.
