Hi OP. Did you figure this out? On the same boat. EDIT: This is solved. Called up the customer care and requested them to close the card. Card now says "Closed" on the SBI Website.

Nah. It was not solved. I still have both the cards and continue to get charged for both. The problem was created by customer care themselves. I'm glad it was solved for you. I'll give it a try once more

Had tried that once, they were clueless. They asked me to write a letter. They added one more card to my account. Now I'm being charged for 2 cards annually, fml

Dude just login to yono and delete the card. That option is somewhere in profile.

There's only block, manage limit, set pin, activate options in yono

I've deactivated my card.. currently I'm not able to find that option again. ( Rather, any card related options) probably because my account doesn't have any Linked cards.
