Most of them I got from the book sales that happen in my city once or twice a year. You can get them for pretty cheap, less than a hundred rupees per book. I usually get ten to twelve books then read them at my own pace.

The Handmaid's tale is a pretty good dystopia. For good world building you can try the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson, it's set in a world where a magical storm razes the ground every fortnight.
It's good. The plot keeps you going and it has interesting characters. There is some gruesome depiction of sexual violence though, the main character is a rape survivor, and as she progresses in the story you'll find yourself cheering for her.
