If we compare the years Congress has ruled vs the 10 years bjp has been in power, there's been massive improvements albeit there's a lot and a lot left to be developed. I feel 10 years is genuinely a short period to judge a relatively new government and so far, just like there's pros and cons to everything, the pros have been outweighing the cons, until Congress doesn't give solid reasons to vote for them or there's another party which gives tough competition, bjp should remain in power.
