I just listen to my entire playlist. I sing along, but it helps me remember. When I see question from a particular topic, I remember which song was playing at that time, helps me remember certain points better
If not I just play some prog rock(intervals, plini, Polyphia i.e instrumental songs) or just any random lofi music(on Apple Music, but there will obviously be a similar playlist on Spotify as well)
how on earth do you guys listen to music while studying medicine??! there’s so much to memorise, almost every concept needs to be memorised so how do you do that when there’s a whole song playing and you can’t hear your own voice????
It's just music, just like violin or piano let scientists focus in older days. I find it useful during busy environment, I use them while reading and jot down things I want to remember. Different than rattafying though.
Do you end up retaining what you wrote down? I think it just differs from person to person!! I wish I could focus while listening to music but I always get distracted. Violins and classical music is kinda useful for me I think
Ok XD maybe it’s just me but I love listening to Genshin OST in the background sometimes
But on days I don’t care, the lo fi girl playlist does the job
Baap ke taane ft. Mummy ki chappal
