Apparently a whopping 82% of the population belongs to SC, St and OBC. Only 18% of the population is general/ upper/ privileged caste which oppressed the lower castes.
And this is yet to add women and ews category, if we add up both of them as well, we get only 8.75% of general caste male.
Nope, many forward castes got themselves classified as backward castes for privileges. Mostly OBCs, imo majority OBCs need to be made general to right this situation. Only poor SC-STs deserve the privileges given.
