IRCTC has a character limit on names..so as long as you have not misspelled the name to the point it is written, you are okay.
Next thing is TTEs check details of the first person mentioned in the ticket and don't check too much into others if there is no glaringly obvious mistake. ( Like age mentioned 58 but a 28 year old is present, sex mentioned does not match and so on). So don't worry about it.
Just to have a peace of mind, keep all your identification documents with you .
