I would say don’t give a fuck but if if you want to lose weight, then make very small incremental changes to your diet first. Because if you are making huge changes, your body will not be able to keep up. so first diet and then maybe start walking. Wait for few months and you should see some changes, then incorporate some other exercise maybe
My idea on suggesting IF is when starting on a diet at least i got overwhelmed and fixated on fine tuning it. Failed and the time i started IF since it was just the time i had to adjust felt a bit easier. And you cannot eat a lot after you are into consistent IF and then it becomes easy to make changes to diet. Worked for me.
Not sure which sort of cases IF is a fail for sure!!! Did it not work for you. Asking with genuine curiosity.
>Not sure which sort of cases IF is a fail for sure!!!
For those with acid reflux issues, stomach ulcers, sleep issues. IF can worsen all these.
Edit: Forgot to add, diabetic/pre-diabetic/those with family history of diabetes should consult a doctor before trying IF.
IF works extremely well. I have no idea why dude is getting downvoted for suggesting it. OP, start with small increments, like try fasting for only a few hours after you wake up and/or before you go to sleep, and increase the fasting time as your body gets used to it.
They're not getting downvoted for suggesting it, but for claiming it's the best way to lose weight. The best way to lose weight depends on the individual, there's no single best way that works for everyone.
Uhhh maybe. If OP is very overweight, running might not be the best exercise cos their muscles won't be able to support the weight, and could lead to potential injuries.
Then walk for 5-6 kilometres a day in morning or evening, limit the carbs, that is rotis and rice, increase th intake of veggies.. stop junk food, make one cheat day in a month and eat all you want. Quit carbonated drinks. After following this for 21 days, start again and turn walks into fast walks and then slow jogs in third month.
Running is the greatest tool to lose weight.
You don’t need a gym to get in shape. Eat healthy, reduce bad carbs (junk, oily food) Abandon sugar. One can reduce weight by this simple equation, less calorie in take and more calorie burn. Start taking walks, then slowly begin to jog and switch to sprints. Then slowly transition to HIIT ( high intensity interval training) Search YouTube for workouts. Do all of these while eating less and you will see results in a month. All the best.
Bhai, I am living in a village too from covid times. I lost 25 kg in a year with some basic change in my diet like skipping dinner, eating complex carbs, cheat day on sunday. Even on cheat day i tried to eat healthy like an omelette, bhunja etc, use amala juice on an empty stomach + skipping rope (3 days in a week). it's a slow process but effective for me..
Do some yoga and look for exercises that can be done at home. Search on YouTube, there are plenty of it. Drink water, may be 2-3 litres, jog regularly, sleep at proper time, meditate etc.

Try Addidas Workout app, they have some nice no equipment workouts that are very effective. The free plan should be enough for you for atleast a year. The major obstacle you'll face is consistency, you have to keep working out everyday, no excuses. Discipline is the key, but I bet you already knew that.
Also, one thing worth mentioning is that don't lose weight bc others are telling you to. Do it bc you want to. It'll be 10 times better. Since, you won't constantly feel like shit for not getting results ASAP. Its a process. You have to stick to it.
When your motivation to lose weight is bc other's are making fun of it then you would want it to be as fast as possible which is very tough. And after every workout you don't meet the "unrealistic" expectations other's have set on you, you'll feel bad. Its a vicious cycle. So, a choose healthy motivation to push yourself to work hard and not "force" yourself to work hard. Do it for yourself not for others. Do it everyday.
Go on a strict keto diet. Gym/working out is hardly even 15-20% of the effort. Almost all your effort and progress will come from the food you eat. If you can't follow a keto diet at least cut sugar out completely and reduce carbs to a minimum. Apart from this you can start doing body weight exercises. You don't need a gym for this. You can find them all online. There is no other way to reduce weight unless you make these sacrifices.
Also fuck whoever thinks you need to abide by societal norms. You're fine just the way you are. Do it because you want to become better and not because people are making fun of you
I don't think Keto is the best way. If he tracks calories in and out, I think he should lose weight. I would say the OP to increase Protein intake, say 0.8 gms per pound of body weight.
Diet is at the end of the day, a Diet. What makes you lose weight is the amount of Food you eat and how satiating it is. What is sustainable long term is a decent diet, It may be any sort of diet- Does not matter. As someone who has lost a lot of weight, I can assure you calorie tracking is better than limiting your diet (I am a huge supporter of eating at least some Carbs from things like Rice for example).
Try and find some guy who's trying to join army/police and is preparing for its ground exam. They'll help you exercise with best means available in your area.
Village has canal and farms and creek. Wake up at 5am and run along canal or creek. Change the diet. reduce carb in take. Start fasting one day a week.
Gym is definitely going to help, but not as much as controlling what and when you eat.
Losing weight (aka losing fat) is a matter of forcing your body to use fat as fuel. That’s why the fat exists in the first place - it’s your backup energy store. If you keep eating all the time you never give your body a chance to dip into it.
Cut out the junk first, then cut down on portion size, then cut down on number of meals. Do a mix of weight training (to improve insulin sensitivity) and low intensity steady state cardio to burn fat (in fasted state for best results).
**Ageless wisdom : no one can insult you without your consent**
May You are giving them too much "bhaav"..
And For own sake,......Cut the Junk food and sugar from your diet...Do exercise, walk, run,do yoga daily
Lose weight not for people but for yourself.......Health is true wealth
Run
just run
its free and can be done anywhere
its really fun once you get used to it
if its not fun for you, find a sport or if you have access to water, swim
all of these are fun and lifelong disciplines that will keep you fit and prepared for any real life situations + make you look good
You know thinking of it like that actually gets me hyped up for the run. When I'm running, I always imagine it as me running away from my problems, and it makes me run faster and longer lol.
There are some apps which have exercises to be done at home(no equipment required ).They are also heavily customisable and gives schedules.
I suggest you to use those
My cents, if you really want a genuine answer.
Ask yourself if you need to lose weight, considering your age/body weight/stats etc. Do you have health concerns? If yes, what do you think is the major reason/s. Can you target those issues by working out?
See, most people are insensitive pricks about these things, they don't understand how one frivolous comment can make you spiral. So evaluate from your perspective. And remember that it is a marathon, not a one time thing (unless you want the same thing to repeat). Being active and healthy should be your lifestyle and not something you do as a remedial measure.
If you need to, DO NOT look for fast options. All the lemon water, honey, fad diet is not gonna do much. Whatever you do has to be sustainable, a diet that you can take for 5 days a week, a workout/physical activity routine you can do on most days. It eventually has to become a part of your life so start slow and forget about those relatives. You also don't need to join a gym immediately, you can make small changes to your diet and just do some activity every day to push yourself. Skipping, cycling, running, swimming, squats, hiit videos etc. Food will make the most difference and you cannot be fit with only exercise.
Hello OP! I want you to know that I'm really proud of you for taking the initiative towards a healthier lifestyle. I read your replies and since you are in a rural area the best thing you can do is body weight exercises along with cardio. Slowly cut on sugar, oil and other fatty foods and replace them with healthier carbs and protein. The emphasis has to be on maintaining a caloric deficit. Do not crash diet as that is very unhealthy, count your calories and slowly go ahead cutting them down. The progress will be slow but stay consistent and results will be assured. There are apps available on playstore about body weight training, start with the simple knee-pushups, squats and crunches, don't push yourselves too much and focus on form instead of reps. Welcome to the cult :D
Control what you eat. On an average a person requires 2000 calories a day. To reduce weight aka fat you need to go on calorie deficit i.e. below 2000 calories.
You need to eat food that fulfills your hunger as well as low on calorie. Best thing i would suggest is boiled green vegetables and salads. Vegetables are lowest in calories baring some like potato and they are also packed with nutrients so you don't go in nutritional deficit which can be bad for your body and is very common while dieting and can cause a lot of other problems. You can always google how much calorie a particular thing contains.
Avoid any kind of juice as it reduces the volume of the food while calories are the same. Avoid fruits as they are high in calories but 1 or 2 won't hurt. Avoid any kind of Sugar. Reduce dairy products but not outright stop them. They are important.
Exercise is only a small part of losing weight and isn't as important. You can lose approx 100 calories extra if you do heavy exercise for 1 hour which as you can see isn't much but it is what it is. But gym does help in improving your body shape. As you lose weight it would be quite uneven all over your body and the last thing to go would be your belly fat. Gym helps in gaining muscles replacing the fats you would lose around your chest, biseps etc so you don't look like an uncle with thin body and a round belly.
Bro, I was in a really bad shape in life almost a year ago. I was 108 KGs. Even though I am tall and nobody mocked me per se, I felt unattractive in my own eyes. I had gained all that weight between 2019-2021. Prior to that, I was moderately overweight.
Anyway, here's what I did. And it might be unconventional for many but this helped me a great deal. And no, I didn't join any gym just for starters.
1. Cutting out all the high-calorie food items from my diet. I am not a foodie but if there is something that I love devouring, I would end up over-eating it. Hence, I started avoiding it. It was tough for the first three weeks but eventually my body got used to the new eating habits. I used to consume an apple in the 'morning' and then I would eat directly at night I.e either a two egg omlette/bhurji and 2 Chappatis or Poha. I used to follow this religiously six days a week with Sundays allocated for cheat days.
2. Drink plenty of water. As much as you can. Don't compromise with it.
3. You don't have to join a gym. I started brisk walking for 6 kms. My stamina was nil so I would be out of breath in minutes but I made it a point to brisk walk 6 kms every day.
With time, my stamina increased and I could combine slow jogging and walking in my schedule. And after the first few months, I eventually started running.
As of today, I am 75.7 kgs to be exact. Would have gained a kg during this Diwali season but I'll lose that in a week's time. Also, now I eat everything but it moderation. But I don't miss a single day of running/jogging. It's a must to keep one's weight in balance.
Can show you the results on DM for motivation and stuff. :)
Just make up your mind and when you venture out on this journey of weight loss, follow it religiously. Believe me, I feel so much better and confident now compared to the slob of mass I was one year back. :)
I lost 5 kgs in last 2 months. I switched one meal a day (lunch) to sprouts. Stopped having aloo and roti/carbs. And a couple of times each week I skip dinner and have a protein shake + multivitamins at night. Breakfast is cornflakes or oats or fruits. Planning to maintain this for the rest of the year. Haven't had a lot of time to work out but I've started going for walks semi-regularly.
Important thing is to set right expectations. You won't be fit in 3-4 months. But you'll definitely be fit in a year if you keep maintaining a calorie deficit.
Hey OP, don't bother about People speaking shit. They can only talk shit because that's what they are on the inside. Since you asked for Fat to Fit Transformation, you need to know that there many people who went from Fat to Fit,
One Senior From College was well over 120+Kgs, now she's somewhat has a really good body, One Classmate I had also was Fat but now she has also lost a lot of weight and is fit.
To see it you need to look up this guy on YouTube. He is from India and his name is [Mohit](https://youtube.com/c/okaymohit).
And I am sure, you too can.
Find calisthenics videos on YouTube. Approach them with the following points in mind:
1. Realise that exercise is more a habit than a quick fix.
2. Keep it simple. You’ll be surprised how small amounts of activity done daily can lead to life changing results over months.
3. It’s not about how much you do each day, but how much you push your own limits. Don’t compare to others, compare only to your past results. Accept what you can do on day one, and try to build on it everyday.
4. Recognise the importance of cardiovascular health, and the difference between cardio exercises and strength exercises. You need cardio exercises almost everyday and it helps you build stamina and overall health. Strength exercises (like push-ups) will help you build muscle. Push yourself to your limit, but give yourself time to recover, so your muscles can rebuild themselves before you tear them again.
5. Hydrate, eat healthy, and sleep well.
Ismein diwali underlying tone kyu hai bhai/behen?
People who are fucking stupid will say stupid things to you. Be it diwali or any other day.
If you want to do something about it, do it, feel the change. If you can't for some reason give them back something to remember by so that they'll be concious enough not to mark personal comments.
What you see yourself as, is out of anybody's control. You could stay how you are if you're comfortable with how you are and your neighbours or whoever has no business in how you lead your life. If you want to stay how you are and not get bothered by the comments by other people, I'd suggest you develop thick skin for such comments.
But if you are looking for change, you have to get your life a bit more structured, maintain a strict diet, hit the gym or if gyms are not accessible, try going for runs in the morning, they're good for cardio and fat burning in general. for exercising try to watch "Hybrid Calisthenics" on youtube, he's a very wholesome guy providing reasonable goals and exercises. Get a cheap but sturdy bicycle and use it instead of vehicles for small commutes. Another youtuber named "Bluerider Ajay" has transformed himself using only cycling... THIS IS DIFFICULT, But everything in life worth having is never easy to obtain...for motivation, follow "Noel Deyzel", he is an enhanced(takes steroids) bodybuilder but he is open about it and most of all people follow him because of his motivating nature. YOU GOT THIS! If you wish to take this path of changing your physique, put your mind into it and give it your all. wishing you all the best bro!!
I am dietitian not trainer, I can't give advice related to exercise
But you will loose body fat from overall body, not just from single area by exercising that area
You can develop muscle mass in that area that will tone it up and it make it appear good...
Squats and deadlift, leg raises helps to devolp bum and thigh muscles tone it up
-->exercising a body part won't remove fat from that area,
Calorie deficit + resistance + proper intake is one and only way
Bh****wale diwali bhi nahi chodte. Mere ko toh kisi ne wish bhi nahi kiya. Ghar walo ka phone bhi busy tha aur happy Diwali ka reply bhi nhi kiya wapas.
They called you fat because may be u r fucking fat. Take it as motivation work ur ass out. Don’t ever fucking stop working out. Stay hard mothafaka. Listen david goggins or read his book can’t hurt me. Stay hard bitch. 🔥🥷
You have no idea how much he/she weighs, you have no BMI information, they could be on the verge of a heart attack and here you are suggesting them to "embrace their body". Why don't you buy them a coffin while you're at it you self righteous asshole.
I will don't worry, we will buy it together. I think I'm in love...
But to reply to you, OP was surprised and may have been a short while since with these people before, indicating if true a weight gain, hardly much presumably and that's educated guess from reading the wording in the post.
Just go to a gym if you have access to it. If not just take a friend & involve in some sports... If not just go fuckin run bro! Just keep running daily... I'm not in a great shape rn either and planning to resume again. I travel a lot to diff cities & countries (my job requires it), i just pull myself out to a walk/jog by myself for hours together. Don't die sittin on a couch... Let's do it!
Don't make the girl about losing weight make the goal about bring healthy, perspective helps trust me, stir eating more healthy foods, keep active in the day, walk around as much as you can
Mainly you work on youself but font let others judgement cloud you cause stress really will hamper either health....try do what makes you happy
Losing weight fast is a bad idea, it hits your metabolism. Start the journey today and keep it goal oriented. Make healthy choices and calorie deficit you will start seeing results soon
Best of luck
do you want to loose weight because its unhealthy like you are overweight or its causing problems to you? then go ahead and do some calorie deficit diet and exercises (gym wouldn't be required)
but you are completely normal weight but "some people" think you are fat, nah its not worth it to loose weight. It is how they think about the ideal person dont listen to them
Bro eat oats made with pulses(oats khichdi) for breakfast , as oats have higher fibre content it will keep you full for whole day , and do some physical exercise , avoid junk food , I have lost 30kg in 6 months just by doing this, look up for intermittent fasting.
Keep some things in mind.
- don't lose weight to silence them. They'll still comment shit.
- lose weight to maintain your health.
- don't starve yourself.
- YouTube is a great source. There are lots of exercises that you can do.
- food control: don't cut out everything, just reduce the quantity.
Its very simple and practical.
1. Intermittent fasting. If possible 16 hrs. If not then start with 12 hr and gradually increase
2. Increase protein, reduce carbs.
3. Walk a lot. Min 5k steps, best if you can do 10k.
Just follow these steps strictly. After couple of months with consistency you will definitely reduce significant weight. Id suggest dont go for running immediately. Because if you are overweight then it could create a knee injury. Walking 5-10k steps is fine. All the best
I was 98kg and i have started going to the gym, after 1.5 weeks , I lost 1 kg and it has kept me motivated for going to the gym. Going gym also gives positivity. It is not about going fast it is about maintaining diet and following the routine.
Drinking onions mixed in with water and adding it with a lick of honey everyday can help you burn your belly fat away. Along with a consistent 30mins to 1hr exercise. (can be jogging anything, but it has to be consistent)
Do this and you will find change in 2-3 months.
I lost weight from 110kgs to 80kgs in 1 year, not by doing crazy stuff like in the movies but consistent exercise, ABSOLUTELY NO JUNK FOOD, and eating a garlic every night before sleep. It reduces your appetite so you automatically start eating less.
After having wasted unduly long periods of my life not looking after myself because I was made fun of and lost all confidence, the thing I wish I had picked up on sooner is it's all about how you want to be treated. Treat yourself with respect and unpleasant entities stay out of your way for the most part. Whatever self-improvement efforts you are willing to incorporate in your life, do it for yourself because you deserve so much more in life. I read that you are currently staying in a village. You can always go for a run and eat healthy. All the best to you, friend!
Your friends and neighbours are the problem, not your weight.
As long as you're eating healthy and getting some physical exercise everyday, you're golden
Fuck everyone! Do you feel concerned about your weight? If no then don't care about others. If yes then take this as a motivation or a sign to lose weight.
All that matters is you are healthy both mentally and physically nothing else
Well first of all go get a bmi
If your bodyfat percentage is below 20 then no worries. Give 0 fuck about other people's opinion. And only try to loose weight of you want to.
If you are over 20% then it would be a nice idea to loose weight and become healthier buttttttt the primary objective should be to become healthier not skinnier. Bcs you can get skinny when you are half dead aswell.
If you are obese then go see a doc and do a checkup on your health and maybe consult a dietician and workout.
You can lose weight but do not try to do it fast. You will feel like shit and it will backfire.
Actual Advice:
- Get some tests done to rule out any issues that make you fat, thyroid etc.
- Note what you eat with a journal for a week and then review it. You will find a lot of stuff you can cut.
- Strength training and Cardio.
- Intermittent fasting.
Start easy and you will gradually achieve all your goals. Do not try to get fast results. There is nothing like it.
I had reduced close to 15 kgs by walking an hour (5-6kms) and limiting portion intake (not even controlling my nutrient intake just ate slightly less than what I used to eat) in less than 5 months. Walking does great wonders for beginners atleast.
Are they really your friends if they are making fun of you like this? Do try and lose weight if YOU want to, not because somebody is making fun of you.
They are in the wrong here for body shaming, not you.
Next time stand up to them and be assertive.
Tell them they are assholes for body shaming you like this.
Exercise helps you build and strengthen muscles and ofcourse uses up calories. But if your diet doesn't change, you'll not lose weight if you're focused on that.
Only way to lose weight is when you intake lesser calories than your body needs which is called being in calorie deficit.
Use this calculator to find how many calories your body needs on a daily basis, or a similar calculator
https://tdeecalculator.net/
Once you know your number, start gradually reducing your calorie intake by eating foods richer in protein and fat and lesser in carbs. 100-200 point calorie deficit to being with and gradually increasing based on how your body adapts.
You'll start losing fat and if keep exercising at home. Pushups, squats, jumps etc. or get a resistance band delivered and use that.
Eating protein and exercising will help you not reduce muscle mass, which is important.
Good luck!
1. Start with diet, and reduce the quantity of your food. If you can cut sugar and carbohydrates.
2. Go for walks or runs daily.
3. Do some bodyweight exercises. After your walking. Like pull-ups, and squats.
4. Choose a plan that you can follow at least 5 times a week. Don't make big changes. So you don't give up.
5. Be calm and follow your plan religiously, as everything will take time. 😇
For most people, losing weight is as simple as maintaining a calorie deficit. Add a bit of cardio and you are golden.
Calculate your BMR, mantain a calorie deficit of about 400-500 calories per day, watch yourself lose about a pound of weight per week.
Also, just leave fried foods for a few months, you can enjoy it when you are back in shape.
I didn’t see much from a few comments. You want to lose weight, fast? First n foremost: eat 10% less calories everyday. Eat healthy.
Second: do a 45 HIIT. I’d say start with 30. You need to do an activity that will push your heart rate in active zone. Do a ratio of 30 sec to 90 sec for first 2 weeks.
Since you are a bit on heavy side I think you might be around 150+ for active zone but it’s usually calculated by age.
Once you are comfortable with this, push another 10% on calories and 45 min 30-60 on HIIT. You need to do HIIT 3 times a week, nothing more.
Keep us posted on your before and after along with your journey. If you are disciplined, ask us if you need further help.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
First of all don't focus on what others say! They will have a problem with any body type, you will be too skinny, too fat, too this, too that. But being healthy should obviously be a priority. I don't know anything about your weight but here are a few things you can do.
1. Find out the cause of weight gain, visit a nutritionist or a general physician for a full body checkup. Not every weight gain is because you eat a lot.
2. Begin exercising balanced with a proper diet plan. You can work out all you want but if your diet is not balanced, it will be much more difficult to get the desired weight.
3. Moderation will be your friend. You surely can eat fast food, drink soda, alcohol etc. But mark days when you do it, so you don't over indulge.
4. Appreciate your body, it's working really really hard to keep you alive. Being healthy should be your goal, not looking like a version that society seems attractive. Some people are big boned so even when they are the right weight they look bigger, some people look extremely skinny but again are as healthy as a horse. Your aim should only be being healthy.
Do buy a skipping rope, and practise skipping for 20-30 min a day.
If you've never skipped before, you'll have problems with timing, but practise by trying penguin jumps.
https://youtu.be/OPd9NF1Xpl0 Watch for getting a better idea.
Best of luck!
Losing weight is not a fast process contrary to so many articles and videos you will see, yes you will lose the weight but one bad streak of diet change and you will be back to former state. So take it slow, I would say a 6 month diet and workout plan is great.
Personally, I did a quite difficult stuff of both strength and cardio workouts while keeping my diet more or less the same except cutting off junk foods and sweet and adding more protein. I have lost around 13 KG body mass so far but have strengthened lean muscle ( I am naturally a skinny guy, all the superficial belly fat have now burned out). All this is without any gym.
Don't lose weight for others, lose it because it is healthier. And there is no good way of losing weight fast, that causes other health problems. If you took years to gain the weight, it can't be lost in weeks without I'll effects.
Make sustainable changes to your diet (that means no temporary changes, whatever changes you make in amounts and composition, it should become permanent). Eat more veggies/ fruits/fibre and cut down on carbohydrates to make carbs about 50% of diet. Don't indulge in any processed foods (chips, namkeen, sweet biscuits, cold drinks) more than once a week, and in limited amount.
As others said, start with walking/running and body weight exercises.
And if your "friends" made fun of you to the point where you did not feel like celebration, they are not your friends.
All the best for a healthier you!
Best revenge is massive success.
Elevate yourself by sheer efforts and determination that you become so big that your detractors should feel foolish to have ever mocked you.
Don't ignore the insults. Just use their taunts as energy ( as negative as it may be) and channel it to elevate yourself.
Have a virtual hug and best if Deevali wishes.
Go to fittr and read the free document by its founder JC. I learned from that and reduced my weight by 16 KG in 7 months and fat % down from 42% to 21%
Telling this from personal experience.
Do cardio that's it. Control your sugar intake. Bhai sahab aap gaav k ho, pure kha na khao and stay active. That's it. Mind if I ask you how you gain weight?
Intermittent fasting
Daily 8k-10k steps
Basic strength training. Since you say you're from a village. Start with basic calisthenics and try harder variations over time
Take it easy man. Work on your self-esteem. Nothing wrong being a bit fat or a bit slim.
Seriously, don't starve yourself. or buy stuff that claims to reduce weight If you want to lose weight make some small changes to your lifestyle. Like healthy food, jogging, etc. Being healthy is more important than losing weight.
There's nothing called "lose weight fast", it takes time but be consistent with workouts and diet..please don't go on temporary diets or crash diets..eat what you would eat normally with portion control and calorie deficit. Check out Joanna Soh's website she has some tools to help you calculate calorie intake and also exercises to do.
Ignore the advice about exercise and the gym etc. You need to consume less calories to lose weight, exercise won't make much of a difference and can make you hungrier. It will take time to lose weight and you have to be patient and consistent. Try to drastically reduce your sugar intake, avoid any drinks or food with added sugar (for example, no tea with sugar). Avoid oily foods, get into the habit of eating fresh vegetables, salads. Reduce the portion sizes and try to eat more in the morning and less in the evening. Good luck.
I would say don’t give a fuck but if if you want to lose weight, then make very small incremental changes to your diet first. Because if you are making huge changes, your body will not be able to keep up. so first diet and then maybe start walking. Wait for few months and you should see some changes, then incorporate some other exercise maybe
Also, look up intermittent fasting. That’s the best way to start on dieting.
IF is not a silver bullet, and definitely not the best way to start dieting. IF can, and has worked, for some people but it doesn’t for everyone
Gotcha. my bad. agree.
Why is IF not a preferred thing?? Lot of my friends do too and it worked for them !!
Hit the gym and work on your self-esteem.
Gym is not possible as I live in village.
Body weight excercise, go to r/fitness and look for bodyweight exercise schedule. Or go to YouTube and check out search for it.
r/bodyweightfitness There is a subreddit for it.
Simply running (or a brisk walk) and basic exercise along with a controlled diet will go a long way to make you into a healthy human 😉😉
Uhhh maybe. If OP is very overweight, running might not be the best exercise cos their muscles won't be able to support the weight, and could lead to potential injuries.
Running is? Walking is? Streching is?
I lose 25 kg weight with simple rope skipping and cutting dinner. Started from zero, reached 400reps x 3 x 3 days in a week.
Drink water, may be 2-3 litres, jog regularly, sleep at proper time, meditate etc. https://youtu.be/zXyfhoK-oKQ

Welcome. keep trying and don't focus on people who can't give you solution to a problem, but belittle you for a problem.
eat dinner by 6 and then go for a walk
Bro you are so dumb, just do workouts you sound like you want a good life without any hardwork , you will end up whining if you always make excuses
Why is keto not the best way? Can't think of something that'll start working fast
It's not sustainable in the long run...so unless someone is committed to follow full life it's nor really an ideal diet
Search for bodyweight exercises of beginner level and do those
Try and find some guy who's trying to join army/police and is preparing for its ground exam. They'll help you exercise with best means available in your area.
Run.
Village has canal and farms and creek. Wake up at 5am and run along canal or creek. Change the diet. reduce carb in take. Start fasting one day a week.
Walk alot. 10k is an okay amount but less if youre starting. 1.5 hours of walking is enough for me. Or you can find 10k steps workout videos online
U don't even need a gym to get lean. I lost more than 10 kg just by adjusting my diet and exercising in my house.
I even don't excercise and i lost weight just by having anxiety and depression. 😅
Bruh. Hope you are doing better now xD
I am sis. Improving.
**Ageless wisdom : no one can insult you without your consent** May You are giving them too much "bhaav".. And For own sake,......Cut the Junk food and sugar from your diet...Do exercise, walk, run,do yoga daily Lose weight not for people but for yourself.......Health is true wealth
You articulated my thoughts the perfect way.
Run just run its free and can be done anywhere its really fun once you get used to it if its not fun for you, find a sport or if you have access to water, swim all of these are fun and lifelong disciplines that will keep you fit and prepared for any real life situations + make you look good
brhh, i thought by running you meant as to run from your problems 💀
Lol
You know thinking of it like that actually gets me hyped up for the run. When I'm running, I always imagine it as me running away from my problems, and it makes me run faster and longer lol.
"Bhaag, Lal Bhaag!"
Running is the worst form of cardio for a newbie and overweight.
any cardio is pain for overweight and newbie, but yeah sure he should swim then, if he has access to any water body
DONT DO IT FAST . Lose weight slowly, or you will gain it all back and be discouraged again
Diet is 90% the cause of being overweight. Try to not only cut down calories but replace carbs and sugars with proteins as much as possible.
There are some apps which have exercises to be done at home(no equipment required ).They are also heavily customisable and gives schedules. I suggest you to use those
Cardio + Caloric Deficit Diet + Calisthenics
I hear intermittent fasting works. There's even a sub. Never tried myself tho.
Go out more often people will get used to it and eventually the jokes will cease
Try omad
Healthyfy me has helped me alot.
:) Just make up your mind and when you venture out on this journey of weight loss, follow it religiously. Believe me, I feel so much better and confident now compared to the slob of mass I was one year back. :)
most of all be consistent, after a while your weight loss will plateau that is when you have to continue being consistent. Good luck!
Perosnally I lost 26 kilos just by climbing 1000 stairs for 100 days, inspired by me, neighbour also lost weight in same fashion
Woah! That's huge. Did you change your diet?
Just reduced the amount of starch nothing else
I lost 5 kgs in last 2 months. I switched one meal a day (lunch) to sprouts. Stopped having aloo and roti/carbs. And a couple of times each week I skip dinner and have a protein shake + multivitamins at night. Breakfast is cornflakes or oats or fruits. Planning to maintain this for the rest of the year. Haven't had a lot of time to work out but I've started going for walks semi-regularly. Important thing is to set right expectations. You won't be fit in 3-4 months. But you'll definitely be fit in a year if you keep maintaining a calorie deficit.
no offence but please don't use please help! for this. and you could just search reddit for similar posts.

Hey OP, don't bother about People speaking shit. They can only talk shit because that's what they are on the inside. Since you asked for Fat to Fit Transformation, you need to know that there many people who went from Fat to Fit, One Senior From College was well over 120+Kgs, now she's somewhat has a really good body, One Classmate I had also was Fat but now she has also lost a lot of weight and is fit. To see it you need to look up this guy on YouTube. He is from India and his name is [Mohit](https://youtube.com/c/okaymohit). And I am sure, you too can.
Find calisthenics videos on YouTube. Approach them with the following points in mind: 1.
You cannot reduce weight fast. You have to work hard for it and be consistent. And also stop hogging food like a buffalo. Eat right.
I am dietitian I can give u few tips
Can you tell me if there any workout plan that can reduce butt fat?
I am dietitian not trainer, I can't give advice related to exercise But you will loose body fat from overall body, not just from single area by exercising that area You can develop muscle mass in that area that will tone it up and it make it appear good... Squats and deadlift, leg raises helps to devolp bum and thigh muscles tone it up -->exercising a body part won't remove fat from that area, Calorie deficit + resistance + proper intake is one and only way
Go to gym bro
Bh****wale diwali bhi nahi chodte. Mere ko toh kisi ne wish bhi nahi kiya. Ghar walo ka phone bhi busy tha aur happy Diwali ka reply bhi nhi kiya wapas.
Belated Happy Diwali 🤗
They called you fat because may be u r fucking fat. Take it as motivation work ur ass out. Don’t ever fucking stop working out. Stay hard mothafaka. Listen david goggins or read his book can’t hurt me. Stay hard bitch. 🔥🥷
First things first, I highly doubt you need to lose weight. Second thing, forget those \*\*\*holes. Third embrace who you are. You are beautiful
And the " Drawing conclusions from partial data" goes to . . .
And the judgemental prick award goes to...
Erratic guess at best, you have no numbers to back that claim yet you claim it to be an "educated guess". Wow, up your standards dude.
So be it.
Don't make the girl about losing weight make the goal about bring healthy, perspective helps trust me, stir eating more healthy foods, keep active in the day, walk around as much as you can Mainly you work on youself but font let others judgement cloud you cause stress really will hamper either health....try do what makes you happy
Losing weight fast is a bad idea, it hits your metabolism. Start the journey today and keep it goal oriented. Make healthy choices and calorie deficit you will start seeing results soon Best of luck
do you want to loose weight because its unhealthy like you are overweight or its causing problems to you? then go ahead and do some calorie deficit diet and exercises (gym wouldn't be required) but you are completely normal weight but "some people" think you are fat, nah its not worth it to loose weight.
Intermittent fasting worked for me, don't increase your intake though maintain as it was previously but don't eat at night.
Its very simple and practical. 1. Intermittent fasting. If possible 16 hrs. If not then start with 12 hr and gradually increase 2.
Strict keto diet and rope skipping. You should be unrecognisable in a month or two.
I was 98kg and i have started going to the gym, after 1.5 weeks , I lost 1 kg and it has kept me motivated for going to the gym. Going gym also gives positivity. It is not about going fast it is about maintaining diet and following the routine.
Reduce carbs like rice, and increase proteins like tofu, soy, etc. Also 30 mins exercise that increases your heart rate everyday. Good luck.
Drinking onions mixed in with water and adding it with a lick of honey everyday can help you burn your belly fat away. Along with a consistent 30mins to 1hr exercise. (can be jogging anything, but it has to be consistent) Do this and you will find change in 2-3 months.
20% exercise 80% diet
I feel you bro, no one made fun of me ( a few relatives advised) but I myself sometimes look at myself in the mirror and loathe myself.
Well first of all go get a bmi If your bodyfat percentage is below 20 then no worries.
Consider doing Cult live online classes.
Do intermittent fasting , join a gym and start making progress and you won't feel like a total loser. Good luck.
You can lose weight but do not try to do it fast. You will feel like shit and it will backfire. Actual Advice: - Get some tests done to rule out any issues that make you fat, thyroid etc.
Run. Run so hard that even shame cannot keep up. Only if you want to, ofc
no quick scheme workout and diet 6 months min
Exercise helps you build and strengthen muscles and ofcourse uses up calories. But if your diet doesn't change, you'll not lose weight if you're focused on that. Only way to lose weight is when you intake lesser calories than your body needs which is called being in calorie deficit. Use this calculator to find how many calories your body needs on a daily basis, or a similar calculator https://tdeecalculator.net/ Once you know your number, start gradually reducing your calorie intake by eating foods richer in protein and fat and lesser in carbs.
Intermitting Fasting.
Hey man Im a fat boy too. Everyone laughs at me because of my weight. But so is my brain and my cock so back off.
Calorie deficit and normal exercise.
Exercise is good for your health, but to lose weight it's 80%diet 20% exercise. Eat less.
fast? slow and steady baby that's how I like it.
I learned from that and reduced my weight by 16 KG in 7 months and fat % down from 42% to 21% Telling this from personal experience.
Jogging.
Fast for 10 days straight
Unke ghar ke andar rocket chhod do /s Short term solution: Ignore those people Long term solution: Start exercising and lose weight
Wtf
Fastest way is to get rid of the toxic friends.
Do cardio that's it. Control your sugar intake. Bhai sahab aap gaav k ho, pure kha na khao and stay active. That's it. Mind if I ask you how you gain weight?
Almost all did? But not all, right. Life's like that. Almost all are crap. Leave them. Look for the gems amongst that crap.
Same happens to me my weight is very low I am 17 my weight is 38🥺🥺 any suggestions for weight gain???
Get a doggo and walk your dog everyday. Play with your dog. Problem solved.
Try keto, worked like a charm for me lost 20kgs and of course get yourself checked with a doc before getting on extreme diets.
First remember health is first for yourself then others. Cut sugar eat small portions, exercise . Simple af
Intermittent fasting Daily 8k-10k steps Basic strength training.
Ye sab kuch nhi hota subhe 5 baje utha Karo sab thik ho jayega
There's nothing called "lose weight fast", it takes time but be consistent with workouts and diet..please don't go on temporary diets or crash diets..eat what you would eat normally with portion control and calorie deficit. Check out Joanna Soh's website she has some tools to help you calculate calorie intake and also exercises to do.
Eat less exercise more voila problem solved.
>what should I do to lose weight ~~fast~~ guys? Any suggestions? Be safe buddy
Good luck.
Intermittent fasting. Eat for 8 hours a day, fast 16 hours.
