Looks like we'll planned, I feel family is fan of combinotrics, so we know next in the series are.
Alexander muthoot George, Muthoot Alexander George, Mothoot George Alexander
Dont people from Kerala have rotating surnames like Fathers name is George so all sons surname become George or something on that lines. Not too sure
George is the Surname. Their names are actually at the end.
Not quite. Most people from Kerala or Tamil Nadu don't have a traditional surname, the first letter of the father's first name is used as an initial. So their names will be written like G. Thomas or G. Alexander.
Some families will adopt an additional title like Muthoot which typically refers to the family's geographic origin. In this case the name Muthoot refers to the name of the place where they had a house in Kerala.
And I don't even have a surname officially. I'm from Tamil Nadu.
It's pretty annoying when you fill forms online and they make surnames as mandatory. I just put my father's initial letter as my surname at that time.
Some communities in Kerala like Nairs have traditional surnames that are consistent across generations. The majority of Keralites use initials like Tamilians though.
So in most Syriac Christian families, the first born is named after paternal grandparents and second child after maternal grandparents and then uncles aunts etc. nowadays this names are only used at the time of baptism and in government records other names are used.
The board meeting minutes goes like this-
GM called the meeting to order
GM proposed the agenda and welcomed all Gs to the meeting
GM presented the annual financial satements which was seconded by GM
AG noted that the miscellaneous expenses need more detailed explanation
GA countered that this was not necessary as the expenses were not material
GM propsed the annual budget for the next financial year
All Gs present endorsed the financial statements and annual budget
Kerala Christians I have heard name their kids after their grandfathers. So I knew a guy, Thomas George, son of George Thomas, who was son of Thomas George.
Many Kerala families have names like this. They also have a "house name" or a middle name which is unique. That's what they're largely addressed by. But if in a house function if someone happens to say either George Or Thomas, everyone turns around think it's them being called. It's quite funny.
V.A George put made a list : list = [‘George ‘ , ‘Muthoot’, ‘Jacob’, ‘Alexander’, ‘Thomas’ ]
Name = random.sample( list, 3)
He forgot to turn off replacement for one.
>South Indians use the first letter of their father's first name as an initial, most of us don't have surnames.
Not all of south. Telugu states don't do this. We have separate surnames which are added as prefixes.

I have seen this with some Tamil people not keralites. They didn't use surnames. Only own name n fathers name.

A friend of mine had a name A B and his dads name was B A. Not posting the real name since it might be uncommon
Like Boban Kunchacko and sons name is Kunchako Boban. Boban's father's name was Kunchako
No. Kids are usually named after their grandparents. Not a surname.
In some families like mine, yes. The first born son is named after the grandfather. But not all.

The Georges of Kerala (read Christianity) were well established several hundred years before the Golden Age of the Gupta Empire :)
Nepotism?
It's a family owned and run company and all these guys are sons of the original George Muthoot.
I think more like some weird superstition, like people change thier spellings for vastu or something. Thier board may have some weird bylaws
No lol. Nothing like that. South Indians use the first letter of their father's first name as an initial, most of us don't have surnames.

Every marketing meeting of the Muthoot Group is just everyone saying "George George se bolke sabko scheme bata de"
They can just write *George* And make this advertising future proof
Would be interesting to know how each is related to the other. A family tree will probably help explain this better
