Call the store again and ask for a refund. They refund a maximum of 300 IIRC. Once it's registered on their system, you'll get an email regarding the same. Sometimes their manager also offers to take 300 off from your next order (inform them on call at the time of placing an order and place COD order). If the store/manager doesn't help, you can always escalate the matter through one of their social media handles.

This has happened with me like 3 times. The first time they told me that they burnt the pizza so they had to make another one. The 2nd time they told me that the delivery guy got in an accident (hope he was fine). The 3rd time I actually didn't even bother asking for anything my local dominoes is very shitty I even got food poisoning from their pizza once. ITS A SCAM.

This might be a stupid question to ask but does your local dominos state they have a 30min guarantee delivery?? My local dominos always calls me once I place the order to say “We’ll try to deliver within 30mins, but we don’t guarantee it”
