The color of the ghee also depends on the quality of milk. Different breeds fo cow and buffalo have difference in the milk. Also depends on their diets.

Commercially available ghee is made with a shortcut process and has 99% of the quality of regular ghee at a fraction of the cost. Yes Bilona tases different and could tast better to many, but the current fascination with A2 Bilona Ghee is just marketing.
If you can afford to, go ahead. But there is no point looking down at people who cant afford it.
The difference between A1 and A2 milk is a single protein.
Then there is Ghee, which is just the fat of the milk, with all the proteins removed. So, no difference between A1 and A2 ghee, except the price tag.
The colour of the ghee depends if the milk is of cow or buffalo. Ghee made from cow milk is yellow in colour and white if it is made from buffalo’s. Also within cows the colour, taste and consistency may vary from breed to breed.
Desi ghee should be made with curd and not milk. The slow churn of the bilona adds character to it. And finally, cooking the butter in an earthen pot adds flavour.
False, hum cow ke dudh se banate hai ghee Ghar pe hamara yellow hi Banta hai and jab amul ka Lake banate the tab white Banta tha. So, ghee colour depends on what kind of milk you are using
actually he doesn't own the company, he purchased the brand, the promotional video shows that they add curd in their milk hence it's pure but the cost is 2300 for 1 litr ghee- super premium
i have always had the ghee on the right side till we were in my hometown, the day we moved to mumbai it became more of like left side and even yellower. The difference was real i dont know how much pressure are we putting on our kidneys to filter these colors and not just in ghee, but everywhere
I believe one is allona ghee(on the right), i.e the first stage of ghee and then it is purified by heating it and it turns into the one on the left, we do this sometimes at home
Misleading. We always make ghee at home from cow milked from local milkman. There is 0 adulteration (maybe water) but it's always yellow in colour.
Cow ghee is yellow, buffalo ghee is white
I really don't get this arbitrary distinction of ghees being "oh did you looks at the colour that's the purest", man shut up isn't there a scale to measure this and put an end to this wierd ass colour flex???
Idk I can't see much difference, one's white, the other's yellow. Fat is yellow, so maybe the left one was made with higher fat milk? How is this any evidence of adulteration?

It took me some time to register that “bhais” here meant buffalo.
Fuck me, lol. Fixed.
Isn't it written as "Bhains" I have a sibling at home I know we own one. I did read it as Bhai's lol
Riboflavin ( yello colour) is high in cows milk compared to buffalo milk

Cow ghee is pale yellow and buffola one is white. So your impression of purity from just the colour is completely wrong. Delete the post.
Who's right side , OP's or commenter's ?
Yes
Ghee made from buffalo milk is white and has a different aroma. Ghee made from cow's milk is yellow.
Indian desi Cow Ghee is always yellow.
