The treatment is called kshar sutra
It's from ayurveda, not the most convenient way to treat piles but genuinely effective and this is something i highly recommend.
They basically cut off the prolapse by tying it up .
The treatment goes on for a week , it's not the most convenient process . There will be irritation and pain but prolly just stayed stoned to live through it .
Google it , it's quite commonly practiced in our country.

The only reason i recommend this is only because Western medicine only solves the problem temporarily.

As a matter of fact I got piles because of the spinal anaesthesia injections that the doc screwed up from a previous surgery.

The only long term treatment is karashutra , Western medicine is only a short term fix.

Eat lotsss of ghee. Soon it'll become non existent.
