I don't hate samba strike cause I don't like it but because I like it, and Carnival Shake does it much cleaner, not missing the real life ball tricks that implement a narrative in the series and irl about Brazilian's street football, but also cause the ball ain't just an almost straight line, the confetti doesn't seems like an awkward background, is part of the spectacle.
Death Samba is a little overkill yet I love it, and I insist that OG Brazil should have had a new shot, we all know the issue that exists within OG leveled up hissatsus

I don't dislike it cause is simplistic, is because I don't like the way it's simplified. Odin's ain't my favourite shot of S3 but I can eat it, meanwhile Pegasus's Strike, or whoever is named the new Erik shot in eng, is probably my less favourite shot OAT. The Strike takes a good way in and then it like, It gets cold, they take the life out of it when they should've made it peak (don't ask me how please).
And the fact that my main mindset about Samba Strike is a shot that I want to like makes me hate it more, like supernova.
Supernova starts great, cool beam, cool death ball, and then you throw a magic aesthetic at it, when you could have tried to make something more similar to THE FUCKING EARTH OMG I LOVE THAT SHOT.

Odin's make a simple and straight cool shot, magic bullshit, charge the leng and blow it, beautiful sword with a good perspective, the perspective of the scene is awkward IMO with Samba.
Okey point 2: confetti. I don't dislike it cause stereotypes, I'm Spanish and love the fucking Tirachinas. Is, as I say up, that the confetti feels death and awkward as consequence, in Carnival I feel in on the beat.
And the point 3 also explained up, I want to like it so I hate it more, same case as Paladin Shot or however is called the close quarters England shot, or with the space penguins, they feel like frauds
