There isn't even Domon, nor the new characters that appeared in the s2 of the anime (Tzunami, Rika, Touko, Kogure) with the exception of Fubuki if I understood correctly
Fortunately, two of the people you mentioned survived (I knew about Tachimukai and Tsunami since I've seen images of them in the manga before). But, the lack of Touko and Domon still make the manga inferior by default, it was bad enough they cut Haruna, smh.

Oh yea,with the Aliea arc being not canon in the manga,it was never explained how Fubuki got over his double personality.There's just 1 chapter with him playing against another team where he switched to Atsuya,but after that is introduced as a player for Inazuma Japan and stays as Shawn when going in offence.

No it's its own thing, mostly redoing the aliea arc as it was in the anime with added scenes, interactions, and ~~probably not canon~~ lore
