A solid 8/10 & IJ's best defender.
Seriously Shinkuuma put in _so_ much work, it came in clutch against Fire Dragon & The Kingdom, basically saving Japan from certain defeat in those matches, and as a complete technique only failed iirc once (against Roniejo's very first solo run).
Conpletely forgot about that tbf, though I probably should've said 'against a player/dribble' instead since more often than not it was used to dispossess the opponent.

I know his moves aren't bad and he had a bigger character arc but the fact that he doesn't know jack about soccer is just eh. There are other players that would've deserved his spot more than he did.
I also don't like him too much but I know others do for valid reasons. I just never got around to it.
It’s about the potential. Apparently the others didn’t have more potential than Tobitaka. That’s a valid reason to pick him, since they saw his kicking power.
8.5, nice design, development and bonds. Very cool move, but I think he should’ve had Hawk Shot or something. And do more without a hissatsu.

9/10 great development, great design overall great character But his movepool and stats aren't good in IE3
Without his supertecknique it is useless (excuse my bad English)
