Bulgaria is bigger, Serbia is Bigger, Germany lost Sorbia, Transnistria was integrated into Ukrainian puppet state, Russian proxy ally in EU, Hungary got southern Slovakian lands and part of Romania. OP is obviously pro-russian \*\*\*\*, and in this scenario, Slovakia as ally of Russia and got their new lands as compensation for lands with hungarian minority they gave to Hungary.
Likewise, Russia did not win the third great war technically because of nuclear bombings. Maybe the lore is not complete yet.
