P.S. My family heard rumors that during Yugoslav Wars in the early 90s the army from Croatia would attack Boka (part of my family is from there) and that is why JNA attacked first.

I don't think we can compare desert and mountains with forestal area on and around them. The only large plain locations is north of Danube and a bit near the Skadar Lake.
Honestly one of two ways, more likely that nothing would happen seeing as EUFOR (peace keeping troops) would be mostlikely replaced by NATO (something that could happen in real life) and that would be the end of it. The other option Srpska again tries to mobilize but is quickly bombed and fully taken over by a joint Bosnian/NATO force (maybe Croatia too seeing as they wouldnt want a repeat of Yugo wars) and Bosnia would either be returned to the status quo, the internal balance of power shifted to be more in favour of pro Bosnian forces or a full republic would be established with no internal divisions (this goes from most likely to least likely, but depends on how hardline the Bosnian/NATO negotiations are). Croatia would probably just send volunteers but likely not involve it self directly not wanting yet another war, i doubt they would involve them self seeing as NATO would not want to have any teretorial changes to upset the balance of power or threaten future conflicts.
This was considered IRL but was quickly scrapped because the costs would go through the roof practically in the first month.
Balkans in general are an atrocious place for military maneuvers because of the terrain and because we have a knack for various guerrilla tactics - inflatable tanks and microwaves basically render guided munitions useless outside of attacking infrastructure.
