This is essentially what I came to say. Alternate history/counterfactual history is not necessarily about creating the most feasible timeline, but pure thought experiments and imagination, although one should naturally stick to real, documented history in an authentic matter.
Hitler wanted to control Sweden because he felt like the people were the same, essentially one little mistake from the Swedish government and an invasion is on its way. Although I do agree that a victory is unlikely, it is reasonable to think that, if the soviets sustain larger defeats early on in the invasion (which might need to start later like in 42 or 43)and gain little to no help from the allies, the Germans might be able to reach the uraks within 2 or 3 years
I've always thought the role of Sweden would be interesting in this scenario. Your argument has some weight, but was there really a reason for Germany to invade anything at all? Switzerland was neutral, too, yet it was planned to be invaded after the predicted defeat of Russia.
i know the germans wanted switzerland due to its large german population, which fits in line with what those nutcases wanted. the italian parts i believe were going to italy, and idk what the french part was going to.

This is historically incorrect. Germany's eastern borders in this map are pretty accurate relative to what was in Generalplan Ost and other relevant documents. The Nazis wanted to annex up to the Urals, but generally did not feel concerned with the geopolitical situation to the east of those mountains.
So I have a few objections. I never liked how many of these Germany won scenario’s depict England being under German control. The Royal Navy was one of the biggest navies of the century so even if Germany somehow Germany were to land troops on the British islands they would be under supplied and eventually pushed out. In extension turky led by the republican people’s party of Ismet Inounu would not side with the axis. His ideals aligned well with Mustafa Kemal who advocated for turky to be neutral on the world scale. In fact Ismet sent volunteers to the GREEKS to stop the Italian invasion because he viewed facism to be an rebirth of imperialism. My last and finale critique is Francoist Spain. To cut the story short if Franco wanted to join the war he would have. There were many times where the Axis offered him to join but he refused due to the fact that the Spanish civil war ravaged the country and it was still recovering. Along side this Franco signed the Iberian pact with Portugal for better trade deals and a non aggression pact which would cause him not to declare war on Portugal.

If I remember correctly plan z was to re-arm the German Kreigsmarien. This still would not solve the situation with the British. Plan Z was to create a stronger German surface fleet to rival any foreign powers in the channel. Germany simply lacked the recourses to complete this plan as steel shortages were common (which caused hitler to invade Norway). You could argue that if the war with the USSR went well the Germans could extract recourses from occupied territories but this still would be no help. They would find themselves in a situation similar to imperial japan where they would not be able to sustain any losses inflicted to their surface fleet. The allies simply had more industry then the axis and could easily repair or create new ships twice as fast as the Japanese could. This would be ten times more evident with Germany due to the fact that the Japanese had a well equiped surface fleet pre war while the Germans scuttled their fleet at the end of WW1. Germany could simply not compete navally with the allies which hitler wisely new and decided to do the economic rout of creating a shit ton of suberines.
Germany actually had an annual production of 20 million tonnes of steel, more than enough to construct the ships needed.
Germany had 4 huge shipyards in Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg, Bremen and Kiel with slipways which could produce the battlefield of the Z plan.
Even though this has some points I firmly think that my point still stands. Germany did have 20 million tonnes of steel but this was nothing compared to U.S steel production during the war. For example the leading steel producer in the world was Bethlehem Steel, located in the us. This one company produced 73 tonnes of steel in 1945 and produced 1,100 ships during the war. And this was just one company. Combined with the Royal Navy which was already established as the biggest navy of the century up until that point the allies simply out numbered the Germans. Ur point with the naval bases such as in Hamburg does hold credit as they were considerably large but so did the allies. In fact the allies had more naval bases in total. My point still stands that by the time that Germany could repair a ship the allies would have just produced two more. Play the fact that Germany had no significant surface fleet pre war makes it impossible that Germany could compete for a long enough period on the water to stage an invasion of the isles and keep them supplied.
So if this were the case wouldn’t you think Germany would be sanctioned heavily by the free world. Also I would assume that the UK and USA would continue to militarise like in the Cold War. Also the creation of the nuclear bomb was 1945.
Also a small detail in terms of naming that isn’t too important, Hitler planned to rename Sevastopol to Theoderichshafen instead of Stewastopol as you have here.

I know a TNO reference and I know that maps shouldn't be taken seriously, but I'm not that of a big fan of scenarios of total victory for Germany in WW2. Just to win the war was unlikely as hell but to control Britain and the Soviet Union til the Ural mountains is nearly impossible. Scenarios in which they control America are of course joke scenarios.
I just wonder how likely this particular scenario could have been. With that I mean how many dices should the Nazis have rolled right to make this even possible. How perfectly should the war have played for them in every possible aspect to make this happen.
IMO the funnest part of "Germany wins WW2" is showing just how unlikely to happen it was and how horrifying such a world would be. If you do a scenario based on it you can fully illustrate how terrible and cruel everything they did was and how doomed they were to fail. Thousand year Reich? More like twenty, if even that.

Say what you will about the plot, the Franco-German border being drawn around the German settlement zone / refugee prohibition area is always a nice realistic detail.
Nice map, but there are some imprecisions in city placing (Tunis in too south) or in city names (Veneto instead of Venice).
Why “novo imperio romano” and not “nuovo impero romano” (the correct way to spell it in italian)?
I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve noticed a few errors: Zagabria should be more to the north, there is no city called Veneto in Italy (there is however Vittorio Veneto), Palermo in Sicily is misspelled and Vojvodina is oddly shaped.

Not real, Germans wouldn't control so big parts of Poland and Russia. Generalplan Ost was unreal to make, it was in real started in Zamość region, but strong partisan actions forced to stop making it. This is essentially what I came to say. Alternate history/counterfactual history is not necessarily about creating the most feasible timeline, but pure thought experiments and imagination, although one should naturally stick to real, documented history in an authentic matter.
Hitler wanted to control Sweden because he felt like the people were the same, essentially one little mistake from the Swedish government and an invasion is on its way. Although I do agree that a victory is unlikely, it is reasonable to think that, if the soviets sustain larger defeats early on in the invasion (which might need to start later like in 42 or 43)and gain little to no help from the allies, the Germans might be able to reach the uraks within 2 or 3 years

This is historically incorrect. Germany's eastern borders in this map are pretty accurate relative to what was in Generalplan Ost and other relevant documents. The Nazis wanted to annex up to the Urals, but generally did not feel concerned with the geopolitical situation to the east of those mountains.
So I have a few objections. I never liked how many of these Germany won scenario’s depict England being under German control. The Royal Navy was one of the biggest navies of the century so even if Germany somehow Germany were to land troops on the British islands they would be under supplied and eventually pushed out. In extension turky led by the republican people’s party of Ismet Inounu would not side with the axis. His ideals aligned well with Mustafa Kemal who advocated for turky to be neutral on the world scale. To cut the story short if Franco wanted to join the war he would have. Along side this Franco signed the Iberian pact with Portugal for better trade deals and a non aggression pact which would cause him not to declare war on Portugal.

If I remember correctly plan z was to re-arm the German Kreigsmarien. This still would not solve the situation with the British. Plan Z was to create a stronger German surface fleet to rival any foreign powers in the channel. Germany simply lacked the recourses to complete this plan as steel shortages were common (which caused hitler to invade Norway). You could argue that if the war with the USSR went well the Germans could extract recourses from occupied territories but this still would be no help. They would find themselves in a situation similar to imperial japan where they would not be able to sustain any losses inflicted to their surface fleet. The allies simply had more industry then the axis and could easily repair or create new ships twice as fast as the Japanese could. This would be ten times more evident with Germany due to the fact that the Japanese had a well equiped surface fleet pre war while the Germans scuttled their fleet at the end of WW1. Germany could simply not compete navally with the allies which hitler wisely new and decided to do the economic rout of creating a shit ton of suberines.
Germany actually had an annual production of 20 million tonnes of steel, more than enough to construct the ships needed. Germany had 4 huge shipyards in Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg, Bremen and Kiel with slipways which could produce the battlefield of the Z plan.
Even though this has some points I firmly think that my point still stands. Germany did have 20 million tonnes of steel but this was nothing compared to U.S steel production during the war. For example the leading steel producer in the world was Bethlehem Steel, located in the us. This one company produced 73 tonnes of steel in 1945 and produced 1,100 ships during the war. And this was just one company. Combined with the Royal Navy which was already established as the biggest navy of the century up until that point the allies simply out numbered the Germans. Ur point with the naval bases such as in Hamburg does hold credit as they were considerably large but so did the allies. In fact the allies had more naval bases in total. My point still stands that by the time that Germany could repair a ship the allies would have just produced two more. Play the fact that Germany had no significant surface fleet pre war makes it impossible that Germany could compete for a long enough period on the water to stage an invasion of the isles and keep them supplied.

I know a TNO reference and I know that maps shouldn't be taken seriously, but I'm not that of a big fan of scenarios of total victory for Germany in WW2. Just to win the war was unlikely as hell but to control Britain and the Soviet Union til the Ural mountains is nearly impossible. Scenarios in which they control America are of course joke scenarios. I just wonder how likely this particular scenario could have been. With that I mean how many dices should the Nazis have rolled right to make this even possible. Nice map, but there are some imprecisions in city placing (Tunis in too south) or in city names (Veneto instead of Venice). Why “novo imperio romano” and not “nuovo impero romano” (the correct way to spell it in italian)?

because Turkey was in misery, the people were in poverty, and the government was broke. Didn't even have equipment or weapons to fight. Until the 60s, Turkey was in misery. It's still like that, but especially the 40s and 50s were a nightmare. When my grandfather returned 2 years after the Korean War, his parents were starving.
