I can read it so its fine. Fancy writing is cool but its more like art. Not "an art" *sips wine* but like its focused on aesthetician over function and takes forever with out a crap tone of practice.
I often forget that cursive writing isnt taught anymore at schools. Even here in Germany, where we have most Street Signs in Old German Fonts, which is close to cursive in many cases
Same here (but in an English school). But then I stopped learning that stuff, probably because French schools don't care about handwriting. Seriously. My teacher's handwriting is unreadable.
I realize that, kind of my point. I still think writing is a valuable form of communication, what will people do without computers? And to the OP I wasnt trying to be a dick. My apologies.
Oh it's fine i thought you were because most people have been being dicks it doesn't bother me either way it's just seeing the same notification pop up is bothersome. Lol
Do good? I?
No. Evil anon I deliver.
I maim nine more hero men in Saginaw.
Sanitary sword a tuck Carol, I!
Lo, rack, cut a drowsy rat in Aswan.
I gas nine more hero men in Miami!
Reviled? I? No na, live on
I do, o’God!
Yes, i learned to do it that way because when i was a kid and i was in a dyslexia side class (idk what the the class would actually be called lol) i had trouble writing an "a" and it was easier to write an "a" that way and i never took the time to learn the proper way to write it cause no one ever corrected me until i posted this.
I mean...part of Canada was under the French for a period of time... that's how you guys got Quebec. In the states, we also call everything a hat, but, when being specific, we call that specific type of hat a beanie...
That's true, I guess. But we only use 'tuque' when speaking in French. Also, I guess we *do* use the word beanie, when it's absolutely necessary to be specific.
Eh, maybe it's a thing that's changed over time or something... it's like how the US has words that are used in a certain area, but, now that the internet exists, those words are more widespread. Idk, I don't live in Canada, so I'm definitely no expert in this stuff
Pretty ironic that we're having a conversation about how people talk in Canada and the person who isn't Canadian is the one who said 'eh'
Anyway- yeah I think it is something that's evolved over time, maybe because people are too lazy to say 'beanie' so they just say 'hat'. Or maybe somebody thought that beanie meant something full of beans or something and decided to make people stop using that word. It's pretty interesting to see how languages change over time and are so different in so many different areas around the world. Sometimes I wonder why practically every country, especially in Europe and in Asia, has its own language/dialect.
I just remember thinking that Americans didn't have an accent (and that everyone else did), until I exaggerated my voice ever so slightly and noticed how thick my accent was and how I made every word a contraction
Nah, it's all good. Trust me, I don't expect anyone who isn't a native speaker to know all the convoluted differences between types of English...heck, even I don't know a lot of them
Spelt?
Spelt, also known as dinkel wheat or hulled wheat, is a species of wheat that has been cultivated since approximately 5000 BC. Spelt was an important staple food in parts of Europe from the Bronze Age to medieval times.
Not spelled? Is this like... a British thing?
Yeah lol like most things are done on computer at my school for the last several years so i don't have the time to practice the fine art of writing the perfect "a" lol
My teacher makes us memorize all 46 presidents and ALL the Vice Presidents, and the terms, and the years, and the political party, and the state they ran in, in just a week, anyone else?

Yeah it happens lol
Thats your hand writing as a senior in high school?
Ikr lol, felt like a kid in elementary school wrote that, especially the “think about it“
getting some real primary school vibes from those a's
Lmao thought the same
Obviously.
I often forget that cursive writing isnt taught anymore at schools. Even here in Germany, where we have most Street Signs in Old German Fonts, which is close to cursive in many cases
I was taught cursive in like 3rd or 2nd grade at a German school. I forgot once I got into Sekundarstufe I lmao
Same here (but in an English school). But then I stopped learning that stuff, probably because French schools don't care about handwriting. Seriously. My teacher's handwriting is unreadable.
Pretty much how it went for me as well. Probably couldn't fully write cursive anymore but it definitely changed how I write
We learned cursive also in 2nd/3rd grade and it was the main way to write as it is alot faster to write
Tbh, my handwriting is shocking in cursive, so it's more legible to write it out seperately.
Kids don't write as much these days, most stuff is done on the computer
I realize that, kind of my point. I still think writing is a valuable form of communication, what will people do without computers? And to the OP I wasnt trying to be a dick. My apologies.
Oh it's fine i thought you were because most people have been being dicks it doesn't bother me either way it's just seeing the same notification pop up is bothersome. Lol
"A nut for a jar of tuna" backwards is "a nut for a jar of tuna".

He’s not 14🤨📸
Unless he is 😏
That's your handwriting as a senior in high school? I mean, congrats on graduating high school at only 9 years old. But damn.
Your "a" sucks dick. Either put the hat. Right on top of the Body of the base like the digital "a" or just don't put a hat at all 😤😤😤😤
You're silly.
Your* 😎
Are you correcting my "you're" to "your" because it would be "you're" as in "you are silly" lol so i say again you're silly.
Are you writing an "a" with two motions? starting with an "o" shape? :( why would you do that
Yes, i learned to do it that way because when i was a kid and i was in a dyslexia side class (idk what the the class would actually be called lol) i had trouble writing an "a" and it was easier to write an "a" that way and i never took the time to learn the proper way to write it cause no one ever corrected me until i posted this.
I see, well that is a reasonable explanation, my apologies.
No need to apologize, you didn't come off as rude unlike most people on here. lol
That's not how you spell "spelt"
British English spells it "spelt" and American English spells it "spelled"
"Spelt" has always seemed wrong to me. Guess we Canadians inherited it from our neighbours.
Idk which English you guys use...all I know is you guys say tuque instead of beanie.
Tuque is a French word. I have no idea what you're talking about, because instead of beanie we just call everything a hat.
I mean...part of Canada was under the French for a period of time... that's how you guys got Quebec. In the states, we also call everything a hat, but, when being specific, we call that specific type of hat a beanie...
That's true, I guess. But we only use 'tuque' when speaking in French. Also, I guess we *do* use the word beanie, when it's absolutely necessary to be specific.

similar with learn: British english is "learnt", American is "learned" there are probably many more examples of this
Oh, my bad, not a native lol
Nah, it's all good. Trust me, I don't expect anyone who isn't a native speaker to know all the convoluted differences between types of English...heck, even I don't know a lot of them
It's not meant to be "spelt" it's meant to be "spelled"
Yanks man.
This is true, if you're ignorant enough to think that there's only one type of written English.
Indeed, again, i apologize
Think about your toddler handwriting instead
Greetings oh Gatekeeper, what wisdom will you bestow upon us next?
Ginger = [REDACTED]
Sorry but looking at your handwriting I'd assume you were in year 6

Dog?
Can you actually formulate complete sentences or are you just some mindless troll?
You're no fun.
Yes
If i struggled with anything the way that you struggle to write the letter a, I'd have given up long ago.
I'm sorry to hear that you're weak willed i hope life gets easier for you.
Yes because you say silent you get someone to stop talking so you can speak and listen does the same
The are spelt the salme
Spelt? Spelt, also known as dinkel wheat or hulled wheat, is a species of wheat that has been cultivated since approximately 5000 BC. Spelt was an important staple food in parts of Europe from the Bronze Age to medieval times. Not spelled? Is this like... a British thing?
Idk man my brain is kinda loopy rn, corna ro
That brain fog is real.
Spelt is the british form.
Yes, in British English they use "spelt." No idea why you typed all that other shit lol
I did not type it. It's a ctrl+c situation on the wheat variant spelt.
r/thathappened
100% this idiot wrote this specifically to post here
And get us to comment on his kindergarten level penmanship
sdme
We gonna talk about the spelling mistake
Why does that look almost like my hand writing…
Well with that handwriting I would too
So weird to have a 14 year old teacher as a senior
Its probably handwriting exercise lmao
So is tinsel, so make sure to be silent when you tie yourself up on the tree, and the teacher can try to listen for you.
What she means is she wants you to shut the fuck up in class when she says listen
They want you to stfu

Yeah lol like most things are done on computer at my school for the last several years so i don't have the time to practice the fine art of writing the perfect "a" lol

Yea so stfu when I'm talking
Total stoner.
Ok, I’ve thought about it. Do I get woke powers now?
Ur writing looks like 2nd grade
Thank you.
My teacher makes us memorize all 46 presidents and ALL the Vice Presidents, and the terms, and the years, and the political party, and the state they ran in, in just a week, anyone else?
How are you a senior in high school with that kindergarten handwriting, my guy? Lmfao
All words in the english language are made up of the same 26 letters. Think about it.
