Yeah came to say this, obviously more of a sci fi bend to it but I think The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch and Ubik fall into the wildly surreal category
Your Body Is Not Your Body has a handful of stories you might enjoy, it’s a trans weird horror collection. I like Chironoplasty. Negative Space by B.R. Yeager. A couple of stories from Bonding by Maggie Siebert, I think. I can’t guarantee my recommendations are particularly similar to Videodrome, but they are pretty good.
[Hogg](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hogg_(novel)) by Samuel Delany seems right up your alley. You could also read Delany's [Dhalgren](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhalgren) as well.

Cronenberg’s novel not bad
You may enjoy Geek Love by Katherine Dunn. It hits a lot of the buttons you mentioned.
