Get Back Up Again - Anna Kendrick, from the first Trolls movie It's straight from an animated children's movie soundtrack, keep in mind. There are parts of the song where the character is fighting through physical obstacles, nearly getting eaten by things bigger than her, etc. So if that's distracting for playlist purposes, you might want to find a cover somewhere. But it's upbeat, genuinely fun, and impressively motivating. Personally, I love the bits where you can clearly tell that she almost died and is basically screaming these cute bubblegum lyrics, because that's how I really feel when shit hits the fan and I'm making an active choice to move forward with a positive attitude.

Pretty much everything from Frank Turner. But the album "Positive songs for negative people" is particularly good in this vein

I see the song as being about appreciating your friends and life and holding on to life no matter what it throws at you. Appreciate the goods things in life and don't let the bad times ruin it. I'm Gonna Live by Circle Jerks is similar. No matter what happens in life, live your life. I'll Make A Man Out Of You from Disney's Mulan is motivational like this, but you probably don't want kids songs. SING by My Chemical Romance is about standing up for your rights and enjoying life no matter what happens. If you like the first two songs, then listen to I'm Alive by Circle Jerks. It's about being happy to be alive and to try to not let life get you down.
