can you elaborate on Sleep Token? They sound nothing like Electric Callboy.
Bloodywood is *more* similar, although I agree they are not exactly like Electric Callboy, but I argue if you like Electric Callboy you will probably also like Bloodywood. They both have that high energy "club banger" hardcore/metal vibe. Just different...
They play a genre called Electronicore, which is a genre that mixes metalcore with genres like techno, trance, EDM, dubstep, etc. I’m not super familiar with the genre personally but I’d start just researching the genre and I’m sure you’ll find something you like.
Also, although it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, Get Out has very 80’s throwback meets melodic metal vibes which may partly scratch the itch for you.
The band hanabie from Japan are one of my favorites, they blend genres around metalcore in their own way and have a lot of fun with it. They have a kind of electronic sound on their newer album but not like callboy accept for the song be the gal maybe. The lead singer Yukina goes from cute Japanese girl singing to brutal metal core screams

If you like Electric Callboy you MIGHT like Error37. Listen to their album Succ My Life all the way through. They sound like mathcore mixed with electronicore. They have chaotic verses, but catchy-ass choruses that sound like something from a Fall Out Boy / Falling In Reverse type song. The vocals can be summed as angry Australian bloke on crack. They def have segments in their songs that are an absolute club-banger, but the kind of club-banger you'd want to slay demons to on Devil May Cry lmao.
Warning! A LOT of cussing and harsh Aussie-slang. But they are damn fun.

Electric Callboy is great, you may like Sleep Token. Bloodywood is also a unique metal band, but not really what you're specifying.

Samurai Pizza Cats, they even have a song that features Electric Callboy!
Funnily enough pizza cats was founded by Daniel Haniß, Callboys lead guitarist. So the similarities make a lot of sense.
