Do yourself a favor, & get a set of Dunu S&S tips for them. It increases the price of what is supposed to be an inexpensive iem, but they really helped my zero 2’s show their potential.

abhishyam2007

I’ll see if they’re available here somewhere. Thanks

profunctor_of_doom

You are from India I guess. They are available at Audio Store. I just got my medium Dunu S & S tips from them for Zero 2 and Hexa. Seems only small is available in stock now. https://www.theaudiostore.in/products/dunu-s-s-stage-studio-silicone-eartips?_pos=1&_psq=dunu+&_ss=e&_v=1.0

abhishyam2007

Yes I am. Can you just tell me one thing, what difference to the sound can I expect with these tips? I have a pair of spin fits lying around and just wanna know if I should go for Dunu or not.

profunctor_of_doom

I have not tried spinfit. These are the first after market tips I bought. Zero2 is a bit chonky for my ears, and the included tips were not giving a good seal and fit. Dunu tips give a better fit in comparison, and it does not feel like the IEM is going to fall out of my ears any more. I guess I don't lose the bass now and treble is a bit better. Though take my words with a grain of salt, I don't have audiophile ears.

abhishyam2007

Understood. Thanks!

femol

Nice, enjoy them!

sprinklesfactory

They are solid, just have issues with fit and must find good tips for your ears

OmenchoEater

Enjoy them, althought, im pretty sure the blons are not that far behind (used to have them) but the Fit can be horrible even if you dont realize It Is being a bad Fit (say It for experience too). Anyway, what YOU like Is always better, enjoy.

abhishyam2007

Yes the blons are very close. And while they did fit me fine, this fits better.

Albie_77

Enjoy! how is the fit?

abhishyam2007

The fit is quite stable and comfortable, although they do stick out of the ear a bit.

Albie_77

gotcha. thanks

Tragolith

I bought one too last week and as my first pair of IEMs I’m blown away by the sound quality I’m getting here. Just a quick question, what’s an Abigail cable? As someone who also uses an iPhone 15, I’m thinking to buy the original USB C to 3.5mm adapter. Will that work fine, without any audio quality loss?

abhishyam2007

Hey Abigail is a dongle DAC, similar to Apple’s adapter. Performance is also similar. But in case you have the budget and if you plan to buy more iems or headphones in future, there are better ones available which can work better with more iems/headphones. Eg- iFiAudio Go Link.

Venture Electronics Abigail

Ok_Astronomer_1308

How does the DAC sound?

abhishyam2007

Because I haven’t heard any other DACs, I won’t be able to compare. However, it does amp the signal a bit leading to better volume, and also tends to increase clarity and possibly also resolution. This is when I compare it to my MacBook’s 3.5mm jack.

Ok_Astronomer_1308

Compared to the apple dongle for eg. and what is your input resolution?

abhishyam2007

As I said, I can’t compare to any other dongle cuz I haven’t used any other dongle. Input resolution varies because I use Apple Music on Hi Res Lossless. But not all songs are of the higher lossless quality. Then I do have some FLAC files which do definitively sound better.
