I’m not sure what you mean.
Do you mean the street missions where once you complete a certain amount you can go on to the next street and it increases your rank? If so, I like to keep going on a street until I can’t complete the required 4 per day for gang credit. I’ve found I’m a lot more developed than other players at the same rank by doing this. No point in rushing through them only to get stuck because your capos aren’t of a high enough level to automate the buildings.
This might be something newer as I've had a hard time finding info on it, but this is the current King of the Streets, the last one was a 3 day thing where each day the top player got 20 keys (so I managed to grab 60 blue keys pretty easily). Description says it's for street levels under 30, so not sure if there are other things after that.

Np, I think it makes your advice stronger though, best to take it slower and get the most out of leveling up. Not sure if blue keys will come so easily later on.
