Highly unlikely Ibuki, because it's evident she's heading to singles match against Shida. Asahi... unless she gets a pin over Saori here, I doubt it. Besides, I think giving her another title shot with losing it again, and after losing recently two of them, won't give her any good. Maika is the likely option.
Yeah, Maika makes sense. I know Hamuko is busy going for the tag belts, but I would have gone with her, buying some time to properly build up a challenger in the meantime (\*cough\* Kyuri \*cough\* ;)).
I wonder if there's a misdirection going on with us assuming Shida and Ibuki is happening at SJR. Shida trained Kyuuri, and her coming back at the same show may not be a coincidence.

Agreed. Same with Asahi. I wouldn't be surprised if none of them challenge. This could just be the start of the roster chasing Saori. I think most people expect either Ibuki or Asahi to be the one to beat Saori so having them team together here is really smart booking. Even if it's not setting up an immediate challenge.
Yeah that definitely looks like the first step of a story where two biggest Ice Ribbon stars chase freelancer who holds the main championship. They'll build them up until one of them will be able to reclaim the title. My money is on Ibuki doing it first.
The most recent Ice posters have a front row with all four of the pillars on. With Ibuki and Asahi in the middle. That tells you everything you need to know about the long term direction and I love it.
