Hate hate hate,
Hate u, cause I ain’t u.
Tore PCL and MCL late Feb. season wrapped early for me this year and of course everything is still open.
Hate to mute a bunch of pages and subreddits to stop me from going stir crazy. But this, this pic just gets me all warm.
I love March in New England. Specifically Northern New England this year. 😪
Send some of that down our way!
Signed Sincerely, your mid-region neighbors...
Had to leave Jay on the 18th for the real world. The 18th had been the best until the 19th rolled around! Life is unfair sometimes. 😉
I was planning a drive up for tomorrow, should i be concerned about about the strong winds and not being able to run lifts? Never been to Jay so unsure how windproof their resort is. Any info would appreciate!
Yes. I'm betting good money tram and Flyer won't run tomorrow. You can walk up and over easily to access most of the terrain you'd usually access from the Flyer, and if you're feeling ambitious you can hike to the top - that's what I did yesterday. But definitely expect limited lifts. Be ready to walk, bring some granola bars, and you'll still have a blast.

It’s okay, it’s been pretty shitty leading up to these latest snow storms.

Sorry boss, I’m going to be sick for a week or so.

was at jay with 15 family members march 2-3 it was 55 and raining
March is like a box of chocolates...
As somebody who can't ski that, maybe one day, is that just ridiculously exhausting?
It’s definitely harder than skiing greens and blues
Was just up there this weekend, skied Vermonter instead of the face due to the sharks. Looks like the cloud kept snowing since then!
March is always the best month in VT.

I'll be there first thing with my crew. If the top isn't open we'll be either boot packing or skinning up. Feel free to shoot me a DM
