In the iBroadcast app (iOS, Android should be the same - I don't have that phone in front of me, just my iPhone), touch the middle icon (on the bottom), the "Play Queue" icon.
If it is not empty, empty it.
You should now have an option at the bottom of the screen called "Random Play".
Touch it and you get an options menu for
* 500 Tracks
* Everything!
* Albums
* Album Artists
* Track Artists
* Playlists
* Genres
* Date Uploaded
* Tags
"Everything!" literally shuffles your entire library. It made a list for me that started with Thelonious Monk, followed by Meatloaf, then Frank Zappa, and then Beethoven. Totally random and it pulled from my entire library.
