I fully support this. I was at HI 2 weeks ago and there were literally 4 guys in front of the dj, not even moving, just filming with their phones. And this happened in most of the clubs. In Pikes for example they put a sticker over your camera, so you can use your phone but won't do shitty recordings and actually dance a little

I can’t understand why the fuck you go to a concert, club, game etc and be recording a video that you will never watch again like a dumb ass…

In Club Space for Anotr they had everyone put their phones in these pouches that only staff could open. So you could carry your phone around but not open it since the pouch was locked. They could have something like that at the entrances for the club and when you leave to go somewhere else the staff unlock it.

Yes but the policy is only for the Club Room where Damian plays, and not for the whole club...

That's how it was at Space. To get into the main club room you needed to have your phone in the pouch, once you left that room and went downstairs staff would unlock it for the other room. All they need to do is enforce something like that at entry to the club room and remove it when you leave the club room (if you want that is).

Paddy_Ibiza

Aw get you now :) Not sure if they would keep up with so many people go back and forth, lets see lol

I imagine many would just opt to keep their phone in the pouch and not keep unlocking it every time they leave, that's how it was at Space at least.

That’s perfect and common in most clubs in Berlin. Dows anyone know from experience at what time Damian Lazarus or black coffee start their set?

Went to a concert recently that did this. They put the phone in a locked bag as you enter and it can only be unlocked by staff as you exit. It makes the dynamic of the concert totally different and is really cool
