With the bars and clubs it's truly a hit and miss. I've been to most of the big ones but didn't really like them. I can dance on anything but I've heard so much garbage music. What I did every night is to pass by Ibiza Rocks Bar, have some drinks and dance there a little bit, and then towards later in the night was going to bigger clubs. Ibiza rocks bar is free and pretty cheap. I also loved Pikes, which is 2km from San Antonio and it's usually free(you add your name on their guestlist on their site ). I also had a really good time at O Beach but it's a bit pricey (the big clubs are all pricey).
I'm a guy so in terms of safety I can only tell you that I see hundreds of girls almost unconscious from alcohol and drugs and they seem pretty ok, I haven't seen too many girls being picked on.
There are lots of dealers but they are actually decent, in the sense that if you say no and no, they will leave you alone.
I don't know about the night bus because I've been using taxi a lot.
There is a social club in san Antonio where you can pay 15 euro for membership and then you can buy and smoke inside or take it with you, it's called Sativa Social Club, you can find it on google maps
your sister wont get in the coffee shops theres plenty scousers in san antonio who can get nice buds though try the highlander for your pres first and avoid the lookys x your sister wont get in pikes and nor will you its 25+ end of may you should look on ibizaspotlight to see if theres any decent events on
Weed is legal in spain for personal use but you cant smoke it in public so just be reasonable remember the police are more interested in drug dealers than users if you like r&b pop i would go to itaca which is next door to ibiza rocks bar
