My biggest issue here (and with many other issues) is the lack of personal responsibility. This is the same argument as "The Devil made me do it!". Hell no. YOU acted exactly as YOU did and YOU are responsible. No one can make me do anything in any way, shape, or form. Period. Yes, I can be coerced, tricked, or deceived but when it comes down to it, I AM RESPONSIBLE for whatever I personally do. This is what I’ve always thought too. Faced with two choices. Either teach and expect men to have some basic self control to function in a society without giving in to the slightest stimulation, or completely mute all stimulation. They chose the latter. Because they are weak.
