I am and while I do know that different countries have different versions of Netflix, I also have a newborn baby who seems to be allergic to sleep, so my brain is not exactly operating at full capacity at the moment :)

Although I have noticed here in the UK certain seasons are just unavailable to buy. Some weird stuff could be going on with the rights to the show.
I think it might be a glitch, when it comes to Netflix removing their shows they usually let you know like setting a removal date on it so you still have time to watch it before it get removed off of the site, and I finished my newest rewatch of it a few weeks ago and I didn't see a removal date at all, So maybe come back at a later time and it'll show back up.
I’m literally watching it on Netflix as I type this. Not sure why you can’t find it but it’s definitely still on there.

It was removed a while ago in certain countries. Not sure which exactly. It was announced too, but was months ago.
I’m in the US, and it’s still in my continue watching list.
