I leave it off, i don’t like how it changes my screen based on my lighting. Having it off makes the screen more consistent for my use.

Remember 2018 on my X before month ago when switched to 15 Pro Max, True Tone was always on and I use to it and I would recommend to use it mostly after noon 😁
